The staff were all super friendly, location was great too.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
It was the only thing I could find coast to cradle Mountain
It smelled bad in my room. It also had a refrigerator that kept me up all night with a noisy compressor, but the staff changed it out as I asked them to. I also had to pay twice as much for the second night as I did for the first and this is a lousy business model. I won’t go back.
Clean, tidy room. Comfortable bed and pillows..quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly
Upgrades to the rooms (and TV) are mostly good.
Lighting is restricted to what's fixed. Light bulb missing from one bedside lamp. No information about room service (I had to go to the check-in desk to learn that it was offered and how to order it).
A lot of good effort to make floors/rooms look clean... which is let down significantly by a lift that doesn't appear to have been wiped down/cleaned in years.
Parking and the bed.
Hallways smelt bad corridors to rooms absolutely smelt bad
Clean and big room. Friendly staff.
I had a noisy neighbour above me late at night and called reception. They fixed it within 15 minutes - great service!
Generally all good
Location fabulous staff food and cleanliness was A+++++
Just lovely😃
Only one thing the exhausted fan in the bathroom didn’t work
The bar staff were just beautiful, very friendly and professional.
Nothing to complain about, everything was really good.
No breakfast available. Only evening meals.
Cleanliness.
Location and easy to book!
Nil!
Location was fine.
Noise levels were a problem. There was a noisy function on downstairs that prevented us getting to sleep, then there were noisy people in other rooms that were very loud and woke us up continually through the night and morning.
