car park full hard to get a space
noisy at night
when I mentioned this to a staff member, she said we get a lot of complaints about that. The walls are too thin!!
coffee machine had only one capsule in a double room for two people
no plates or cutlery to use with the microwave
only one comfortable chair and one plastic chair
no stairs only a slow lift

Pros:

Convenient location with some views of water and marine dock. It was comfortable and clean and staff were nice. Beach was not far away. Can recommend visiting Rhododendron Garden which is a short drive away.

Cons:

The tv was hard to work out.

Pros:

The room was already sleept in bed not made and coffee cups used and dirty used towel on the bathroom floor . Not up to customer standards hygiene very low

I paid for a motel didn't think it would of been sleepy in and not clean before putting me in there

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Had been to Tassie 13 years ago, seeing south (Hobart, Port Arthur areas) - came back to catch up with Friends in Launceston and see nor-west area as our last trip away from NZ.

Cons:
