Cons:

Very small compact bathroom, shower over bath. Was difficult to get the right temperature for the shower.
No onsite breakfast, need to order before 7pm the night before to get a continental breakfast left at your door.

It was absolutely fine and kind of what I expected for the relatively small amount of money we paid.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and warm.
Check-in staff were really nice.
I liked the option of sheer curtains or a blockout blind.

Cons:

The shower floor was dirty, I noticed after showering there was sand on the floor but we hadn't been anywhere near the beach. It also just looked a bit like it needed a good scrub, the grout appeared to have some mouldy patches.

The photographs from the website for this room suggested there would be a pod machine and a bath, but the room had neither. The tea and coffee making facilities were a small, dusty kettle and x2 sachets of nescafe international roast. Normally there being no bath would not have been an issue, but we were staying in Burnie for a netball tournament and after a day of playing in pretty unpleasent weather my daughter was looking forward to a soak.

The walls are pretty thin and we had VERY loud (albiet very happy) neighbours who stayed up quite late, the rooms had no phones to call reception on so there was no way to address noice concerns or ask for assistance from an employee.

Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

The room was very clean and was spacious. Close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was making a very high pitch noise when it was on. Could hear it in the bedroom.
