Cosy, safe, great staff
Pros:

I had a noisy neighbour above me late at night and called reception. They fixed it within 15 minutes - great service!

Location was fine.

Cons:

Noise levels were a problem. There was a noisy function on downstairs that prevented us getting to sleep, then there were noisy people in other rooms that were very loud and woke us up continually through the night and morning.

The rooms were like a drive in motel small but comfortable and mostly clean

Cons:

It’s a sleep only. Like most of North Tasmania don’t expect hospitality the cleaner was friendlier than the service staff
