The lady at the front desk was very welcoming I think her name is cassie? (Something like that) she was very sweet kind and helpful,made us feel welcome from the minute we came in

The room made some strange noises to,it wasn’t continuous though so possibly vibration from the lift

From entering the hotel to leaving everything was perfect. One of the nicest, cleanest, welcoming hotels we have stayed in.
Bed was enormous, shower great, room facilities perfect.
Bar was well stocked and good price. Breakfast was perfect buffet still, hot and freshly cooked, amazing choices of fruit, pastries, cereals, drinks and cooked food. Also being able to take some away with you if stuck for time.
Parking was great, location perfect for just off the motorway and no noise in room.
There was nothing we did not like.
Quiet. Comfy bed. Easy check in. Adequate bathroom. Excellent breakfast.
Curtain in room 117 were very dirty. Bathroom sink far too low.

Breakfast was awful. Poor selection. Unhelpful staff I usually have yogurt & fruit, but only a fruit compote. Available, which i. Couldn't eat due to an allergy to blackcurrants. Asked, but no other option is available. ( told that's it nothing else. Buy a miserable woman) Undercooked food, hash browns & sausages looked anaemic. Bacon burnt. If it wasn't included in deff would pay for it. Harvester over the road.

Able to enjoy more of facilities this year due to earlier arrival time. Enjoyed a meal in the evening in restaurant and drinks in the bar.
Service at the bar was slow but got better as evening went on as one staff dealing with arrivals as well as bar area.

Breakfast-ul a fost bun ,personalul amabil,camera spatioasa,lenjeria curata.
Mirosul din hotel,a fost oribil si impartit in doua ,cat ereai la parter erea un miros puternic de caini,cand ereai la etajul 1 de bucatarie,si mai ales din camera ,care avea geamul chiar langa evacuarea de la bucatarie si langa depozitul de gunoi.
In camera miros puternic de ulei ars de bucatarie,si nu puteai deschide geamul,pentru ca evacuarea de la bucatarie erea chiar la geam....
Tavanul erea prafuit.....
