Recomendo e quando for novamente sera meu destino.

Atendimento, estrutura, cafe da manha, tudo muito bem elaborado e bem servido.

No Check in, voce (Ganha) algumas cortesia, so nao é muito bem explicado, fui nos lugares da cortesia que fazem parte da estrutura do hotel, por isto traz comodidade, comida e ambiente muito bons, jantei um dia em cada um dos restaurantes, mas na hora de pagar a conta fui informado que a cortesia (Caipirinha teria que ter avisado quando cheguei e que nao era qualquer caipirinha era apenas uma especifica), paguei a contas todas acima de R$ 300,00 reais sendo que estávamos em 2 pessoas e nao tivemos grandes consumo de bebida, apenas comida, Ressalvo lugares e comidas muito boas, mas gerou um constrangimento no momento do pagamento por esta questões das cortesias.

Pros:

Hotel com boa localização, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos. O Uber acaba não ficando caro. Café da manhã bom, com bastante variedade de itens. A limpeza do quarto foi realizada diariamente, assim como as trocas de toalhas, a camareira deixou o quarto super organizado.

Cons:

Achei o banheiro um pouco estreito, meu marido teve um pouco de dificuldades devido ele ser alto e o quarto é bem apertado também, pelo valor pago achei que seria algo maior. A iluminação no quarto não é muito boa, faltou tomadas ao lado das camas.
Internet também não funcionava direito, oscilando bastante.
No café da manhã, falta controle de uma pessoa anotando o numero dos apartamentos, até mesmo para ter uma maior segurança. Faltou carisma na recepção na hora do check-in e ser mais claro nas informações.
