Para quem tem rinite , não recomendo .
Pros:

Quarto com banheiro com duchas que não funcionam bem , ar quente não funciona ou não tem, passei frio , 04 graus , cheiro de mofo , instalação ruim para um hotel 4 estrela .

Cons:

Localização, eu ate voltaria , para ver se melhoraram as condições.

Pros:

Excelente localização, com fácil acesso a todos os principais pontos da cidade. Café da manhã bem completo e com muitas opções. Quartos sempre limpos e cama confortável.

Cons:

Estacionamento é pago a parte com valor por dia bem alto, com isso acabamos deixando o carro na rua todos os dias. Acústica do hotel é bem ruim, o quarto que ficamos era bem barulhento por ser próximo do elevador era possível escutar todo o barulho vindo do corredor de outros hóspedes. Além disso, como ficamos abaixo do andar do restaurante, a noite era possível escutar barulho de maquinário bem alto. Check in poderia ser mais organizado, você chegando antes do horário, eles não tem nenhum processo para adiantar, deixando dar 14h e gerando aglomeração de todos os hóspedes que precisam fazer o check in juntos, então quem chega depois acaba até passando na frente.

Estávamos com uma criança de 3 anos, no ato da compra informei que estava com uma criança, falaram que quando fizessemos o check in iriam arrumar uma cama a ela, falei que se tivesse uma cama seria ótimo, mas não cobrei pq paguei por um quanto somente com uma cama de casal, mas meu pai e minha mãe também ficaram hospedados e pra eles tinham uma cama de casal e mais uma de solteiro kkkkkkk, aí desistimos trocar de quarto. Mas no geral muito boa as acomodações.
