Pros:

Excelente localização, restaurante com música ao vivo e comida saborosa, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, além de um ar-condicionado eficiente.

Cons:

O banheiro apresentava mofo no box, e encontramos um copo com marca de batom do hóspede anterior. Em relação às malas, a equipe apenas nos entregou o carrinho e nos deixou fazer todo o manuseio sozinhos, sem oferecer ajuda. Além disso, o atendimento não foi tão gentil, educado e acolhedor quanto esperávamos.

Por ubicación no hace falta la media pensión hay muchos lugares cerca para ir a comen en la noche y variar a gusto de ca

Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade ruim. Nitidamente o responsável nunca provou para ver que a qualidade é bem ruim, poderiam melhorar isso.
Iluminação do quarto péssima, na mesa de trabalho nao dava pra enchergar a mesa quase.

No funcionaba la televisión, la internet era muy inestable funcioba al rato filtro del aire acondicionado muy sucio en la salida del desayuno abia una persona del hotel intentando sacar informaciones personales me pareció un poco de atropello a la privacidad del hospede

Súper buen hotel céntrico.
Pros:

El Desayuno es el mejor, buenísimo todo y están todos súper atentos .

Cons:

La pileta de niños un poco sucia, esperaba que hayan más piscinas temperadas pero todo lo demás excelente.

Cons:

Atendimento sem padrão, cada funcionário te atende como quer. O hotel não oferece segurança, a fechadura do quarto não trancava e nosso quarto foi invadido uma vez por uma estranha. Quarto apertado, comida fria.
