café da manhã muito bom a cima da média, localização excelente, mais tudo depende do que vai fazer em foz para meu objetivo a localização foi perfeita

achei o quarto bem apertado e a tv pequena, recepção achei pessoal não sabem lidar bem com publico na hora que cheguei não tem aquele carisma

Fiz a reserva pelo Booking, recebi a confirmação e, mesmo assim, enfrentei uma situação absurda e extremamente desgastante. Viajei mais de 700 km, cheguei ao hotel por volta de 00h30, exausto, junto com minha esposa, para ser surpreendido com a informação de que nossa reserva havia sido cancelada, sem qualquer aviso prévio.
O hotel não demonstrou nenhuma preocupação em resolver o problema. Não ofereceram realocação, alternativa, nem qualquer tipo de suporte. Em plena madrugada, fomos obrigados a sair às pressas para procurar outro hotel, cansados, frustrados e inseguros.
Para piorar, ao chegar, havia outro casal passando exatamente pela mesma situação, o que deixa claro que não se trata de um caso isolado, mas sim de uma prática recorrente. A impressão é que o hotel prioriza reservas feitas na hora, por valores mais altos, simplesmente ignorando reservas já confirmadas.
Foi uma experiência péssima, desrespeitosa e decepcionante, tanto pela falta de organização quanto pela completa ausência de empatia e esforço para resolver o problema. Não recomendo este hotel a ninguém.

Pros:

Hotel 3 estrelas muito bom! Melhorou bastante. Havia problemas com estacionamento, mas isso foi resolvido. Café da manhã excepcional. Localização privilegiadas.
