Just happy we weren’t in that room too long. Even just sleeping in there was bad enough. Needs improving massivly.
Pros:

It was in a good location. A couple of staff members were nice, polite, friendly as they should be. On arrival we asked for two extra pillows, which they brought the next day.

Cons:

The other members of staff were just plain rude and ignorant. On the second night of the aircon turning itself off, in unbearable temperatures (42degrees) we rang reception, I’m not completely sure what he said but said something about four hours & no aircon, I asked if there was an option to pay and he slammed down the phone with no goodbye, thankyou, nothing. There was no fridge in the room. On the balcony there was buckets some kind of over flow from the roof top I’m guessing, these buckets were over flowing which made the balcony floor like an ice rink and I fell the first time I stepped out there & hurt my back and bum. The laminate flooring near the balcony door was loose and I tripped and banged my elbow. The balcony door also got stuck closed numerous times. Our stay was only four nights on the second day I started with what felt like nettle stings on my bum and down the back of my legs, felt awful, then on our last morning (this morning) my sister started with the same. We googled it and bed bugs came up, we then looked on the beds and to our horror could see tiny bugs! Absolutely mortified. We reported the door the aircon and the floor, but didn’t say about the bugs we packed our bags and left! We still have the rash/sting/itchy feeling.

Cons:

Reception not very helpful, and wasint allowed to show my sisters our room, no visitors allowed? Also would not book a taxi for us to the airport when leaving.. Never had that before anywhere
