Lovely staff, lol helped me with a fashion disaster 🤣
Look i just needed a bed to sleep in. I didnt need a view this time, and this hotel was PERFECT.
Just 10 min from my conference for 4 days.
They lock 🔐 up the grounds at night, you just need to phone to get in.
And on my package breakfast was complementary. Which was a bonus.
We had a very quick stay at Elite and was so impressed and thankful for how our beautiful host assisted us. We flew in from Perth at 6am in short notice for a funeral at 9am and with check in not until the afternoon we were welcomed to use the facilities to freshen up prior to check in. Our room was then ready hours before check in also - this really reduced the stress of the day. Thank you Elite!!!

Everything was clean and physically as expected.
No coffee at a $25 breakfast buffet is one of the dumbest management decisions ever made. I paid $240 per night and you then insult me by making me buy coffee at a buffet breakfast on top? You couldn't even put out instant coffee or percolated? And you shut the bar at 9pm on a Saturday despite being a million miles from anywhere? More short term dopey management decisions. I won't be back.

Close to sports stadium we were attending.
Comfortable bed.
Clean.
Breakfast was bare minimum. At 8.30 had run out of hash browns, English muffins, white bread for toast (and when it arrived it had been frozen), eggs and bacon (more of these 2 were cooked eventually). Had to pay for coffee and they UHT milk - not good!

The cleanliness, all the extras included like breakfast and the kdv sports centre.
The shower and all the water all over the floor. Even with a mat there it just wasn't working properly!!!
