Motel vibes
Pros:

Staff, room was tidy, breakfast was simple but okay, Bacon over cooked though.
Coffee great.

Cons:

The bed, to singles put together, springs digging in my back all night, just not comfortable at all. Definitely motel vibes going on rather than hotel.
2 stars i reckon at most.

Comfortable stay, close to the Carrara Indoor Sports Arena, with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, though small. The bathroom was quite tiny. We had breakfast included, so full english was available as well as fresh fruit and pastries. Parking available onsite, and complimentary use of the health suite and gym.

Cons:

Quick check in and check out. The complimentary use of the health facilities was a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were efficient, professional and friendly.

Pros:

Second visit so returns always say something. Clean, comfortable, well situated with easy access from main roads. Bonus breakfast was nice. Enjoyable and recommended.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit pokey for this type of facility, but quite OK.
