Upkeep of hotel and pleasant general mgr suburb
Breakfast was fine. They had a variety of options. Location was good. It was easy to get to Rooms were a nice size and spacious.
The eggs were lukewarm. There were no lids for the coffee cups. Pillows were terrible. They were lumpy and small. Had to ask for bed sheets for the pull out and they did not have a fitted sheet. They did provide a flat sheet. The bathroom sink water had low pressure and never got warm. Also 2 bath towels were provided for a 4 person room. When we asked for more they gave us pool towels. Pool was also closed.
Close to where I was visiting
Not very clean comforter dirty. Shower spray was minimal. Got locked in elevator and no one rushed to help. No towels in room.

Bed had blood stains on them and pillows had hair on them. Window screen was broken. TV did not work at all. Carpet had bad stains on it. Behind the TV stand there was filth and a mouse poison bait. Refrigerator and microwave had food crumbs in it. I had to wipe them down myself. I could not sleep good at all. I kept thinking something was going to crawl on me all night. Bathtub had mold on edges. Room smelled like mold. Front desk would not switch me rooms or give me a refund so I could leave and go elsewhere. Look at the pictures. They are proof of this horrible review. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was very good and the location was was easy off and easy on the expressway.

Location and the bed was comfortable
The pool was closed. The floor in my room had not been vacuumed
They called us at 5pm on the day we were supposed to check in to let us know they canceled our reservation. They had overbooked. They did not offer any solutions, just "Sorry, I don't know what to tell you".
We liked the big whirl pool in the room, as well as the air conditioner. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional.
We didn’t like that 3 of the outlets by the bed did not work as well as a light by the left side of the bed, 2 lights were out above Whirl pool, had to hold down the toilet knob to adequately flush toilet, and the curtains did not roll to close.

Pool was broken-didnt say on Booking. Com. On Booking.com room was booked as 2 queen beds. Their reservation had a King and sofa. Waited over an hour for a new room .
Location is close to the airport and reasonable pricing.
Room was half cleaned upon arrival, toilet barely flushed, half the plugs didn’t work and housekeeping doesn’t come around to clean unless you request them.
Location was fine. Our room had mold in the bathroom all over the walls. The AC units smelled like mold were in the vents. Key cards were constantly getting deactivated. I had a horrible experience at this place

Rooms were dirty (1 was replaced with another room which was still dirty), floors stained all over in the rooms and down the halls, the elevator was a wonder if you'd get stuck or not, not proper notification the pool has been broken for 3 years or whatever, beds were uncomfortable, phone didn't work, lights didn't work on half the room, light bulbs were missing in the lamps, most of the outlets were not working, had to search for a working one to charge our phones.
I NEVER leave a bad review but this was needed.
