Cons:

When we arrived, we were told the pool was out of service and had been for two years! When we got to our room, it smelled bad, and the shower didn't drain. We found dirty socks under the couch, which was the reason for the odor. They switched our room and that room was okay. However, the room my granddaughter and her family were in was not okay. The mattress pad and box spring cover were obscenely filthy. At this point, we almost demanded a refund and left, but we were so tired and hot. The staff did come up and put clean linen on the bed, and we stayed. We left early just to get out of there. Paying $450, 2 rooms, for one night was crazy. We won't be staying there again.

Pros:

Bed was good.

Cons:

NO POOL, we did not go online to look for a hotel, just took one we have heard of. Don't see no pool until after we had checked in. Other patrons bitching too. No ice machine on 2nd floor. Hasn't worked for a long time, dusty and dirty. Maid said "oh I don't know what is the matter, OH it is not plugged in and pulls out a dusty filthy cord. It didn't work. had to go to 1 st floor, oh wait, in my pjs! No ice then. TV was a joke.

Cons:

The shower sounded like it was going to fall apart after 2 minutes of use. I don't think the exhaust fan was working, and there were red stains on the carpet
