Staff and room were great. Last night front desk was super helpful and responsive to late night needs.

Very impressed with the size of the room!
There were meant to be 3 of us travelling but we ended up at the very last minute as only 2.
Quick check in.
Ate at the Take Care Bistro who were so accommodating regarding food allergies.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.
Man kann in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß den Time Square erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind für New Yorker Verhältnisse sehr geräumig und sauber.
Vor Ort mussten wir keine zusätzlichen Gebühren oder Steuern bezahlen.
Der Check in / Check out war unkompliziert.
Die deutsche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war super nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L’emplacement est très pratique

Location, room and staff. Just perfect. A 3 min walk from Grand Central rail and subway station at 42nd street. Great food nearby (try Hunan Village) - amazing.

Spacieux et la vue

I came to NYC for a quick getaway with some friends! From the beginning of my stay everything was perfect, starting with the bellman's service, David was excellent and available to assist with the luggages up to the room. We got an amazing room with an amazing view as well as the beds, OMG they were huge! During the evening when we had any questions, David was available and gave us great recommendations! I will come back for sure and I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Empire Suite, the views were great, Empire State Building straight out both windows. The room was spacious, the pull out bed was very comfy and the kingsize bed in the main bedroom was so comfy. Lots of space for clothes, bathroom was adequate for what we needed althought he shower did through us a bit, but we managed eventually. The location was great, not too far from the main attractions, the only downside was the road noise, we were on a corner of the hotel looking on to a cross section so cars and taxis tooting at all hours was a little noisy, but I guess we were in New York. The rooms were also very clean and although there was no bedding for the sofa bed, reception sent some up straight up, they offered to make the bed up but we said we just do it, as we were heading out for food after a long flight. You get two items each night from the mini market, which was good, it was bottles of water, soda and snacks. All the staff we spoke to were very polite and helpful and I was a little worried about getting deposit back after reading other reviews, I put ours on our credit card and it was removed the day after we left. If we were to visit New York again I would defintely consider using this hotel again.

We loved this entire experience. David and Daniel were the best and we so appreciated their care. They made what could have been a tough trip much kinder and gentler and even a trip full of memories ;)
