Delighted we chose this hotelo over others and I'd stay again.
Pros:

Room size is excellent for Manhattan and sacrificing a little on location did not impact our stay as we were mostly focused on downtown and midtown. The rooftop terrace/bar is excellent with good seating options and great views.

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired/dated but not in an overtly inconvenient manner. It does represent excellent value for money for anyone visiting the city and knowing that the room and hotel function soleley as a base for exploring.

Pros:

Great location—close to everything and easy to get around. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our luggage and to relax.

Cons:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location worked well for us. One small suggestion for improvement: while the room included a kitchenette, it wasn't stocked with basic items like plates, cutlery, or cooking utensils. Having at least a few essentials would have made the kitchenette much more useful and convenient for guests.

Heerlijk appartement in midtown met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Vrijwel alles! De upgrade naar een appartement met uitzicht. Het supervriendelijke personeel bij de receptie

Cons:

De rooftop bar. Vreselijk arrogant jong personeel, we hebben niet een keer een drankje kunnen drinken vanwege continu private events. We werden direct van een stoel gejaagd terwijl er op dat moment bijna niemand anders was en er toentallen zitplaatsen vrij waren. Mochten alleen evt staand (!) iets drinken in een hoekje zonder uitzicht. Onwelkom gevoel terwijl we dit hotel ook geboekt hadden vanwege de rooftop. Blijkt dat die helemaal los staat van het hotel dus zij kunnen er niks aan doen.

Restaurant **** only 4 stars as we couldn't eat all their menu being vegetarians

Cons:

lighting , especially the entrance and common areas. Looks very dull old and tired. Was not inviting. But in contrast the rooms were good.
