No hay una relación de las fotografías publicadas en booking con lo.que uno se encuentra. La atención de los empleados pésimo, nada de limpieza, baño viejo, muebles viejos. Lo único bueno la ubicación. Descuidado.

Excellent and comfy place to stay.
Pros:

Location was great for where we needed to be for our meetings the next day. Super friendly staff at the door and desk. I felt very looked after especially when I asked for a room not too close to the lift and they said ‘no problem, we got you’. My room was lovely and quiet and to my surprise had a great view! Slept very well indeed. The kitchen downstairs is open till 10pm so we were able to get a late meal. I particularly liked the market salad.

Good job Shelburne Sonesta, just sorry I couldn’t stay more than one night.

Cons:

Hot water could have been a touch hotter.

Excelente ubicacion
Pros:

La habitacion que seleccione era bien amplia, con una mini cocinita, neverita y microondas, la cama muy comoda al igual que las almohadas, y una ubicacion excelente, arriba tiene un rooftop muy bonito.

Would have loved a duvet - the bedding was just two sheets enclosed around a thin blanket, which meant we had to turn the heat up in the room

Friendly staff, nice neighborhood. Breakfast at restaurant not so good.
Pros:

It was a nice hotel, typical New York stay. I like that the hotel didn’t feel busy outside. It was actually a little quieter than I thought it would be so that was nice.

Cons:

The hotel was a little older which is expected and I love things, but it did feel a little bit warn like maybe you could use a little refreshing. And unfortunately, the restaurant was horrible. I don’t know how the restaurant in that hotel has good ratings. Our breakfast was not good at all, and the service was so slow, and not at all what we expected since it had good ratings. Also, when somebody asks for salt and pepper, if you only have regular table salt, please don’t pour it into a little bowl thinking that it’s gonna be fancy (you don’t spoon on table salt).

Comfortable stay for a long weekend
Pros:

Our room with two queen beds was a good size. The lobby was a comfortable place to sit and meet. The cafe downstairs was good.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was very very slow to drain. There wasn’t anywhere to put your things in the bathroom, such as a shelf. There weren’t enough places to hang towels after using them.

comfortable classy hotel. great location. Nice roof top restaurant. Good value for a high quality hotel. I used the gym which was a little dated, but worked fine. Recommend the deluxe one bedroom suite - it was a good comfortable space

Cons:

These are minor complaints. I had a deluxe one bedroom suite, so two rooms. The AC unit in the bedroom was a bit noisy. The maintenance people came addressed it quickly but it was still a little noisy. The breakfast menu in the restaurant off the lobby is small. Decent food though
