Great location in Midtown with easy access to Grand Central and many NYC attractions. The family room was noticeably larger than the average NYC hotel room, which made the stay much more comfortable with kids. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and very good value for money.

Good option, great location.
Pros:

Great location, very kind staff and comfortable room. I had an issue with my room, and they immediately changed it to one that was perfect.

Cons:

The shower was not great. It would be nice to have free drinking water in your room, as most hotels do now.
