A perfect NYE in NYC
Pros:

They listened to my special requests and made my 30th birthday feel extra special, they were always friendly and helpful. There was always someone around if you needed them.

Cons:

It was quite pricey for us but we did go a little over budget for the extra space in the room as it was my birthday holiday.

good location and friendly staff, but had some issues
Pros:

Once we were moved rooms and upgraded (due to an incident) we were a lot happier. The room was spacious with a living area, kitchen and good sized bedroom away from the noise of the street and other guests. the location is good for access to the subway, pretty easy to navigate. its also good for wanting to walk to places as it feels quite central to many big attractions. when leaving the hotel entrance and walking slightly up to the left you have a view of the empire state which was lovely to see in the frosty mornings.

Cons:

The oroginal room i booked for my husbands 30th was not good, it was incredibly noisy due to the street & road directly outside. the room also seemed quite tired. I'm not sure why there is no curtains, as the blinds barley do anything. We stayed in this room for one night before we asked to move and were upgraded. This was due to being woken in the night to at least two men shouting outside our room that they were going out and wanting to kill someone, terrifying. When they returned in the early hours of the morning, they were again screaming and shouting. This made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe.
