Good budget option
Pros:

Decent hotel with a spacious room. Not ultra modern, but comfortable. We were there during a heatwave, and while there’s no Aircon, the staff provided plenty of fans for the rooms. The breakfast was decent with large selection and tasty coffee.

Dobre miejsce na chłodniejsze dni
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko autobusu, dość czysto, łóżka wygodne mimo, że w apartamencie rodzinnym w jednym pokoju były łóżka a w drugim rozkładana sofa. Personel sympatyczny. Możliwość przechowania bagażu. Miejsce dobre na chłodniejsze pory roku.

Cons:

Trafiliśmy na upały, a w pokojach nie ma klimatyzacji. Na szczęście personel zadbał o wentylatory. W apartamencie rodzinnym brakowało małej lodówki i miejsca z czajnikiem. Jest tam jedno puste pomieszczenie więc można zagospodarować miejsce na tego typu udogodnienia.

Pros:

Everything was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and we had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to fulfill our needs and wishes. The bed was very spacious and exceptionally comfortable, we had the best night’s sleep.

Cons:

The only downside was there was no air conditioning. However, the staff kindly gave us a rotating fan, and we really appreciated their thoughtfulness and willingness to help.

Pros:

Çalışanlar yardımsever, kahvaltı iyi, oda büyüklüğü iyi, karşısında otobüs durağı 500 metre yakınında tramvay durağı var.

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, was wir bei fast 40° sehr bedauert haben. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir einen Ventilator bekommen können. Das haben wir leider erst bei Abreise erfahren.
Von einem Vier Sterne Hotel hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet!

Heißes Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Wir bekamen auf unseren Wunsch hin ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und das war dadurch angenehm ruhig. Gefrühstückt haben wir in hübschen Cafés, die sich mit gutem Angebot nicht weit vom Hotel befinden. Den idyllischen Bötzow-Kiez im Osten Berlins finden wir schön, u.a. weil dieses Berliner Viertel eine schöne stressfreie Stimmung ausstrahlt. Schönes Ambiente mit Lebensqualität und vielen Bäumen entlang der Straßen mit typischem Kopfsteinpflaster.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des schön gestalteten Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen, war damals sicher edel und solide. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, die bei extremer Hitze während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr hilfreich gewesen wäre. Netterweise wurde uns auf Bitten an der Rezeption ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren am Wochenende dort, darum hat uns das Gerüst direkt vor dem Fenster nicht gestört. Die Lage des Hotels ist für Touristen, die u.a. im Zentrum die Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen wollen, nicht so gut geeignet, weil es längere Anfahrtswege mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln u.U. mit Umsteigen braucht. Zudem erschwerten während unseres Aufenthaltes etliche Baustellen die Anreise ins Zentrum, u.a. weil der Ersatzverkehr sich für Touristen nicht erklärte bzw. sehr schwer bis gar nicht ersichtlich war. Damit waren wir nicht alleine, wir trafen viele Menschen von „außerhalb“, die so wie wir ziemlich orientierungslos und ohne nachvollziehbare Hinweisschilder oder sonstige Hilfe der öffentlichen Verkehrsbetriebe versuchen mussten, jeweils ans Ziel zu kommen. Dafür ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich aber insgesamt fanden wir in dieser Zeit den Übernachtungspreis nicht gerechtfertigt.
