Εξαιρετική!
Pros:

Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση, πολύ φιλόξενο προσωπικό. Καθαρά, μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια. Το σημαντικότερο είναι επίσης και η εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ένα βήμα από την κεντρική πλατεία και δίπλα σε όλα!

Awfull women staff, scammed
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the location, which is very convenient, and we were allowed to check in earlier than the official time, which we appreciated.

Cons:

However, there were many serious issues. The room windows faced other windows, so it was very dark and we couldn’t open the curtains without losing privacy. There is a metro running under the hotel all day, which causes constant noise and vibration. The bed was extremely uncomfortable – even though we booked a double room, it was just two single beds pushed together that kept sliding apart with the slightest movement. The pillows and duvets were terrible, and the bedding didn’t even have proper covers, just two separate pieces of fabric that kept falling off.

The staff (especially the women at reception) were very unprofessional. We were charged €30 extra and blamed for it, with staff saying it was Booking’s mistake. We travel often and have never experienced anything like this before. They refused to refund the money and said it was not their problem. The room itself was damaged and stained. On top of that, cleaning staff were shouting from 6 a.m., and someone started drilling early in the morning, with no respect for guests’ rest.

Pros:

The bar stuff were very helpful and kind.
The rooms were clean.
They were flexible to manage the rooms beside each other.

Cons:

Some of the stuff were a little bit cold.
The water in the toilet was either too hot or too cold, its difficult to get to a balance.
The bath water was spreading all over the toilet.

Une excellente adresse
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le coeur de Barcelone (le métro est à côté de l'hotel, nous avons laissé la voiture au parking durant tout le séjour).
L'hôtel est vraiment trés agréable, confortable et propre.
Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et toujours prévenant.
Nous retenons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour a Barcelone.
