AMAZING hotel with kind, attentive staff - spacious, clean rooms - and a delicious breakfast!

Hotel Jazz was incredible. The staff was so kind, attentive, and caring. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you to the awesome staff for all your help.

Lovely stay and the staff are very welcoming. Great location.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very attentive upon our check in. When we arrived to our very clean and prepared room with a lovely welcome note and a bottle of Cava with a plate of treats a complete surprise as it was our 51st anniversary and our first visit to Barcelona. A wonderful welcome. In the hotel lobby they always had fresh water, one was the flavour of the day, orange or lemon with mint was our experience the other plain cold water. Perfect after a day exploring and it was quite hot the days we were there so we appreciated this being available. Clean towels and toiletries were replenished each day. Housekeeping were very polite.

Cons:

Our only complaint was they seemed to be out of a few food items when we were at the rooftop restaurant for the 5 days of our stay. We also would like to have seen more selection with charcuterie or tapas available. Did not care for the cold orange cheese topping that was on the nacho and guacamole chips and would of much preferred a cheddar grated on top or nothing but then that is a personal choice of course. Otherwise it was good.

The best 3- star hotel!!
Pros:

This is one of the very best 3 stars hotel I have ever stayed in the 59 countries I have visited. It exceeded my expectations -,central location, modern, clean, brilliant terrace with a pool and a bar, very good breakfast. I was impressed by the service provided at the Reception by Isabella and Veronica - both extremely helpful and professional . Thank you very much indeed!!!! Keep up the good work!!
