Security is good, but bed comfort is not up to standard in that spesific room. The location is good.
Pros:

I liked the location and security.

Cons:

The shower is impractical. When you shower, water spill out and eventually flood the bathroom. We had to put towels down on the floor to prevent the water. The bed was also worn out and was very uncomfortable. It is like a whole in the middle, which fold your body with your legs up in the air. The aircon also could not move the blow direction and blew directly on the bed which made it uncomfortable.

Breakfast was lovely,

Cons:

The room was never cleaned correcly, the missed toilet paper and towels, one time the room was half made up
the spare bed was not made up when we arrived, carpets were dirty and only 2 towels but we booked for 3
hardly any swimming towels laid out

Disappointing and uncomfortable
Cons:

They didn’t have any rooms available when we arrived. They blamed Booking.com for taking bookings without checking availability. We had to wait for them to make some “arrangement”. They ended up giving us an accessibility room which was not what we booked and paid for. There were ants in the coffee machine. There was no place in the bathroom to even hang a towel.
