Pros:

当日予約で入りましたが対応がスムーズで助かりました。スタッフの方もエレベーターを先に読んでくれていたりと細かい気遣いが徹底されているように感じました。

Cons:

施設の作りなので仕方ないですが3階のフロントに必ずエレベーターが止まるのが面倒なことがあります。その分をスタッフまで方がカバーしてる感じではありました。

周辺の問屋街が、侘しい感じで、歩いていても殺風景。活気がない。玉宮町までは、歩道橋がつながっていない。　再開発が進んで、楽しい町になると、このホテルも生きてくると思います。
