Pros:

朝食が無料なのはとても助かります。清潔感も良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場が無かったこと、まあ街中なので仕方ないかもしれない…ですね。隣にある駐車場が付帯設備と勘違いしてしまいました。
近くに市営の駐車場が近いのでパンフレットが何かに触れておいてもらえると利用者も安心すると思います。
