夜中の１時前後に火災報知器が鳴り、火災発生が連呼され、避難するよう
促されたが、誤報とわかった。しかし、従業員の数も少なく、十分な体制
が敷かれていなかったのは明らか。機器の誤作動に関してもきちんとした
説明もなく、まともな謝罪がなかった。どういうことですか？

Pros:

マラソンがあり宿泊しましたが、マラソン当日は朝食時間を早めに始めてくださりよかったです。混雑していましたが部屋への持ち帰りもでき出発時間にも間に合いました。また、スタッフの接待が丁寧で思いやりのある話し方で聞きやすかったです。

Cons:

私には枕が低かったのでもう一つあればちょうどよかったと思いました。

Hotel molto comodo grazie alla posizione direttamente collegata alla Stazione JR di Gifu e alla stazione dei bus. La struttura è confortevole, situata in una zona silenziosa e ben curata negli arredi. Apprezzata la presenza di una zona all’aperto e dell’area fumatori. La camera doppia dispone di letti molto grandi e particolarmente comodi, ideali per un buon riposo. La colazione è di qualità media, con opzioni sia occidentali sia giapponesi. Nel complesso, una buona esperienza.

Cons:

Gli ascensori erano sempre occupati, con le valigie non si entrava e non esistono scale per scendere o salire perché sono accessibili solo in caso di emergenza.
