Faena Hotel Buenos Aires

我们在这里预订了一间55平方的套房。酒店安排的房间位于地下一楼，房间很潮湿且霉味很重，我们无法忍受要求换房，前台说没有同等的房，给我们换到二楼35平方的房，第二天说有一间复式房腾出来，问我们要不要换？我们去看了，房间两层，狭窄拐弯的楼梯没有扶手，很不安全，我们都是70岁老人怕摔跤，因此没有换房，一直在35平方的小房住了6晚。到了退房结账时候，酒店竟然按我们预订的55平方的价钱结账！说是给我们安排了复式房我们不去，是我们同意住小房间。这是什么强盗逻辑！我们换房不是无理取闹，是你的房间潮湿充满霉味，明明住的35平方，却要按55平方收钱！太可恶！必须给差评！

The actual hotel was beautiful. The bar in the pool area was magnificent. Unfortunately, our room was extremely dated, and there was black mould in the bathrooms. I did bring it to the managers. Attention didn’t seem to care much.

A most magical stay over 2 quick days at Faena Buenos Aires. Truly the best - from the nightlife, the dining, the spa, the pool and the Rojo Tango- I absolutely fell in love. The rooms are well done and very comfortable...the beds are amazing, I slept like a dream. I cannot speak more highly of their guest experience team- Diana, Melissa, Nicholas, Valentin and truly everyone I encountered, so wonderful, all are so friendly and fully of heart. I had a tour guide on my second day- "Super Mario" recommended by the incredible guest experience team and packed so much into 3 hours. He was absolutely wonderful. I cannot wait to return some day for a longer stay in this beautiful city and know Faena will be my forever home in Buenos Aires.

The location is excellent, the feel of the hotel, the vibe is good! The smell of the lobby is wonderful!
The food in El Mercado was excellent!

We stayed in room 401. From the moment we walked into my beautiful eclectic room, we were impressed by the spacious layout and the incredible attention to detail — every element felt carefully curated with exceptional taste. The thoughtful Argentinian amenities, refreshed daily, added such a special local touch that made the experience feel truly unique. Alfajores were to die for !!!

We had the pleasure of trying both restaurants as well as the Living Room lounge, and everything — from the cuisine to the service — was outstanding.

Spa was beautiful and well maintained

The true highlight of the stay was the Tango show. The passion, music, and sheer talent of the performers and entire team created an atmosphere that was simply magical — an absolute must-see. If you are in Buenos Aires it must be on your list !!!

What made this stay especially memorable, however, was the staff. Every single person — from the porter and concierge to the front desk, restaurant team, and sommelier — was incredibly well-trained, warm, polite, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

This was truly a stay to remember, and cannot wait to return. Thank you, Faena!

We stayed Here one night after a long flight. The hotel has a speciale vibe if you like it or not. The swimmingpool Area is really Nice and also the restaurant el mercado is worth a visit. The thing that botters us the most is the attitude of certain staff members. There is a kind of arrogance over them which we haven t encounter before in a hotel of this level. We arrived early and had to wait for our room was ready so we stayed at the pool but their pool service was not open untill 10 o clock ! The strange part is that there were 2 people working behind the bar were not helping us to find Some water. Also the rooms our room was a loft had a dirty fridge in the outside and the lamp above our bed was dirty the couch was worn out. But the biggest concern was the next day when we wanted a coffee before leaving. My wife was sent away by a an extreem arrogant young boy working in the library loung while the coffee machine was already on. We wanted to give our welcome voucher but it was 09:30 hours and we all know nothing happens untill 10 O clock. I went to the reception asking if they could give us a cup of coffee but they were absolutely not helpful. 2 persons walked to the library loung boy with our voucher and didn’t t give us an eye. The boy brought us the coffee with a face……… nobody came to ask if all was oké now. We would never stay here again after we went to the Alvear palace. Ohhhh boy what a big difference in service it was real 5 star.
