Le personnel, le petit déjeuner et la taille de la chambre
L’accueil, la propreté des chambres , la gentillesse du personnel
Pas de placard dans les chambres, mal insonorisé
Es typisch IBIS, Flur war zu lang und dunkel und mit einer Holztrenntür, dass man denkt, dahinter ist nichts. Das Zimmer hat keine Atmosphäre und rein funktional. Waschbecken war verstopft und die Info an die Rezeption hat keine Lösung gebracht.
The location was ideal, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.
The bed pillows look like they’ve been through the wash too many times , the heating didn’t work in the room kept turning on and off sporadically it was freezing cold, the television did not work,
Arriving there late Friday we decided to have a lie on a Saturday morning I have Travel in my daughter had an upset stomach, however before 10 am DIY started in the rooms above which included sanding down for over an hour, not sure why they say it was soundproof because it certainly wasn’t. 11 am we gave up the idea of having a lion and as my daughter was she about to get in the shower and alarm went off we didn’t know what alarm it was. I raced to the door to find a guy climbing through the window next to my door he just completely ignored me when I asked him. Is everything okay? The cleaner in the corridor continued to clean and didn’t seem to take any notice of this alarm so we thought it must be the alarm of opening the window, but yet nobody was wanting to tell us any different or even say it’s okay.
After returning home on the Saturday evening went to inform Morne that the heating still didn’t work. The receptionist was on the phone and didn’t seem to care at all on the Sunday night. I went down again and told them the television wasn’t working and the heating wasn’t working and she sent a guy up in in a tracksuit , thes same guy who had been climbing through the window , he switched the heating to max on 29°. It worked for while , but then went off . He then looked at the TV and just played with the channels for 10 minutes sitting on the bed where my daughter was I found that very inappropriate, before struggling his shoulders to say I don’t know it’s not working !!
Every morning, we would pass the reception and said good morning in french they just didn’t even speak, when we came in the evening, we said good evening and nobody was interested. There was no customer service whatsoever..

La chambre très propre , nous avions demandé d'être placé dans un endroit calme ! ce qui a été le cas merci salle de bain à notre convenance avec tout ce qu'il nous fallait serviettes savon liquide à disposition . Merci au personnel de l'hôtel pour leur amabilité ainsi que l'accueil .
comme toujours le non respect de certains clients claquant leur porte de chambre mais ça l'hôtel n'en peut rien !

Nous avons pris une chambre double elle a dit qu'il fallait prendre 2 chambres...

Le petit déjeuner
Je n’ai pas apprécié la température de la chambre. La climatisation est restée allumée et il faisait extrêmement froid. J’ai dû dormir avec les vêtements que j’avais prévus pour l’extérieur, ainsi que deux manteaux, un bonnet et une écharpe. C’était comme dormir dehors : il n’y avait pratiquement aucune différence de température entre l’extérieur et l’intérieur de la chambre. Il y avait bien un petit radiateur, mais il ne faisait aucune différence et ne permettait pas de réchauffer la pièce.
