Pros:

Piccolo hotel a conduzione familiare, semplice ma ospitale. Personale molto cordiale. Posizione comoda vicino alla stazione e comunque a due passi dal mare. Pernotatto per lavoro in bassa stagione, mi sono trovato molto bene. Tornerò sicuramente.

It had all I could hope for for the price I paid.
Pros:

Value for money, the location, close to everything but away from noise. Super nice family that runs the hotel. Breakfast was good and there is a bakery in front of the hotel with the nicest lady working there.

Cons:

it is time to renovate some parts (like showerheads and toilet seats, flush buttons etc.)

Posizione comoda e strategica, vicina alla stazione di Rimini, comoda al centro storico ed a marina centro, ad un passo dal lungomare. Pulizia e precisione eccellente, personale cordialissimo, disponibile e molto accogliente🤩🤩🤩, colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata e se hai necessità di qualcosa…tutto lo staff pronto a soddisfare il soddisfabile. Quando si sta BENE si è già PRONTI a ritornare il prima possibile 🤩🤩🤩😎👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. A prestoooo✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Pros:

La posizione vicino alla stazione di Rimini con facilità di raggiungere il centro ed il lungomare. La cordialità del personale e la colazione varia sia dolce che salata. La stanza dotata di tutti i comfort sicuramente lo consiglio e ci ritornerei volentieri.

Cons:

Nulla. L'unica cosa forse la mancanza di frigo bar in camera e magari un distributore di snack e bevande in struttura.

Struttura moderna, accogliente con piacevoli spazi comuni. Posizione tranquilla con poco caos la sera nonostante sia a ridosso del centro.

Cons:

Scarsa illuminazione camera. La mancanza di un parcheggio potrebbe creare qualche disagio nei periodi più affollati.

Pros:

Accoglienza sempre piacevole, camera spaziosa e luminosa, bagno ben fornito, colazione ottima. Adesso che è stata aperta l'uscita posteriore della stazione, anche arrivare sul posto è molto facile e veloce.

Cons:

Avendo la stanza al secondo piano ho dovuto fare ogni volta 37 gradini, diciamo che ho avuto occasione di fare del moto.
