Cons:

Colchão precisa ser trocado. Recepcionistas poderiam ser mais rápidos. Achei o serviço de estacionamento lento, acumulando carros de quem chega e de quem sai. O hotel fica numa avenida movimentada, e pode acontecer de carros esperarem na rua. Poderia ter mais manobrista.

O quarto é espaçoso e a cama de casal é boa.

A cama de solteiro é ruim.
Os pilares das portas estão todos estragados.
O mal cheiro do banheiro é insuportável. O vaso estava vazando e TINHA BARATA no banheiro.

Não gostei que como gestante fui perguntar a recepção sobre atendimento preferencial pq havia uma fila gigantesca, e a moça simplesmente disse “hoje não”, como se devido a fila e correria não fosse possível, mas justamente por isso deveria haver atendimento preferencial que é por lei!!!!! Indignada com hotel, pq tem uma ótima estrutura, mas 0 consideração e respeito que está em lei!!!!
