Localização boa, café ok!

Cons:

Atendentes não facilitam nossa vida, fomos em um grande grupo e na hora do check-in demoraram muito, por um erro de sistema pagamos um hóspede a mais, e cama que não foi utilizada, trocaram a placa de meu carro o que gerou um problema infinito, pois a toda vez que trocava o segurança tínhamos que explicar tudo novamente.

Ótimo custo x beneficio
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável e limpo. Não ouvimos barulho da rua (9o andar) e o elevador só subia para o andar com o cartão do quarto. Então fica mais seguro, diminuindo a chance de alguém estranho entrar de penetra.
O café da manhã é bem servido; comemos muito bem.
Toda a equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e educada.

Cons:

Em dias mais movimentados parece que a equipe do café não da conta de repor os itens que saem mais. Vai bem rápido.

A estadia foi ótima, o problema é receber a NF

Temos que pagar a estadia no check in - porém, não nos entregam a NF quando efetuamos o pagamento. Informam que receberemos via e-mail posteriormente, nao recebi, liguei para solicitar, a recepção diz que está atendendo e que eu preciso ligar depois novamente.
