This is a mid/low end facility in my opinion.
Not what I expected from the Holiday Inn brand. Very basic. Window coverings fell apart, towels are what I would expect from a $50 a nite place, not $200/nite. Parking very poorly lit in the back areas, didn't feel safe leaving my car there.

Zimmerausstattung war schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Auch im Badezimmer war alles schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Absolutely nothing, did not stay at property due to unsafe conditions of the premises of the room.
Terrible staff members working at front desk, very rude and unprofessional. Had no consideration of the conditions of the room that was booked for. It had a disgusting cigarette odor in the room, torn furniture, along with moldy cracked wall above the air conditioning unit.
According to the front desk staff they were unable to give any contact information of the manager to discuss the issue at all.
Would definitely not recommend anyone ever booking at this specific location.

Lack of ac/ lighting/ front staff
Location was OK
USB plugs did not work, no bulbs in the bathroom vanity light made it impossible to shave, painters tape around the fixtures on the ceiling looked very unfinished, card access on outside Exit was broken, common area air-conditioning was broken. It was 94° in there. No waffles and the pancake machine was broken and all the staff said that’s a management decision. I can’t control it.
Terrible stuff especially the guy in the front office!
