Great value for money
Pros:

Location was good. Breakfast not so much

Cons:

Letting people know there were no elevators to 2nd floor. I realize it is an older motel, but it was hard bring bags up large flight of stairs. Perhaps ask when booking if patrons prefer 1st level as no elevator to 2nd

Pros:

I paid for a room online through Expedia and showed up with my identification and proof of payment. When I couldn't locate my credit card, I asked the front desk about it. They told me they had no record of my payment and I asked for a refund. They advised me to contact Expedia directly. I'm upset about driving all that way to have to turn around and come back home.

Une bonne étape après un long voyage
Pros:

Un accueil très chaleureux, une personne très souriante. Le monsieur à l'accueil le matin de notre départ était tout aussi aimable et souriant.
Une grande chambre propre avec un immense lit très confortable
Un petit déjeuner simple mais qui nous convient tout à fait
Si nous devions refaire étape à Kamloops c'est ici que nous reviendrons

Cons:

Le car de touristes avec son moteur allumé très tôt le matin pendant que tout le monde montait mais ce n'était pas bien grave

Don’t bother, book another hotel!
Pros:

free parking.

Cons:

Where do I start? Room that was given was at the back of hotel, opposite another hotel, so was very noisy. It was not clean, soap left from previous guest, sweets with ants around it on floor and other bits. Brown substance on bathroom door and insects in the bathroom. Bedsheets were unclean.

I will stay there again. Good value for the booking price.
Pros:

It was adequate but only bananas for fruit and very little seating.

Cons:

Hot tub but not working. Toilet wasn't flushing well but was fixed.
