Won’t be back, scared for my safety.
Pros:

The price was low. The staff was great, accommodating my need for ground floor room. They were friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My door would not lock properly. You could push door open even when locked. Huge gap in the door frame I could see outside through, had no seal. I felt unsafe all night. Due to full occupancy couldn’t stay elsewhere.
The breakfast was bread, muffins, croissants, cereal and yogurt. All gluten and dairy. No fruit and no meat/protein options.
The toilet needed three or more flushes with minutes in between each flush to get even 3 squares of toilet paper down.
The upstairs occupants were running and jumping around, talking loudly till after midnight and started again at 7 am. I left the bathroom fan on after midnight to try and mask their loud noises.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel last year. The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the receptionists were very welcoming. This year, I booked two rooms again, but because my friend's car broke down, I couldn't check in as planned. My reservations weren't refundable, but the hotel refunded me the full cost of both rooms – a truly conscientious business. I want to thank the owner and staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Solid Choice
Pros:

Busy weekend here and most of the usual spots sold out or asking 400-600 a night, found a room here 240, super quick check in, room is clean, and large, tucked off in corner upstairs. A bit of food odor but super practical and the best deal in town. No carpet so it helps the clean part. Not the best but not the worst just solid, I’d stay again.

Cons:

Very dirty room. The entry mat was dirty. Very strong urine smell in the bathroom. The fridge was leaking, and the freezer was rusted out. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The table was dirty and so were the other sitting areas.

Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

There was a smell in room (tobacco) but girl came up and sprayed room.
