breakfast and dinner were very tasty, pleasant location, a few minutes from the public transport stop, about 15 minutes walk to the center of Port Alcudia, staff very nice and attentive

Pleace is really nearby the beach but facilities are old. It is a good place but not good value for money.
Pros:

Location, hotel is at the beach. Breakfast is excellent. Staff speaks English. Pool and sun beds are good. Ac was working very well.

Cons:

It is a budget place. We had serious issues with the bathroom which almost couldn’t be used.

Bel hôtel de standing avec quelques améliorations possibles pour les repas

Un bel hotel bord de plage très moderne, chambres spacieuses.

Cons:

Le buffet du dîner est de piètre qualité. Attention pour ceux qui arrivent en ferry, c'est assez loin à pied du port maritime.

Traumhaftes Hotel mit super Küche direkt an der Strandpromenade
Pros:

Die Lage war spitze, vom Pool direkt an den Strand. Das Essen an der Pool Bar war köstlich! Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Zimmer sehr schön & geräumig.

Cons:

Wie schon zuvor beschrieben, gehen nicht Hotel Gäste einfach auf das Gelände um sich am Pool zu duschen… da würde vielleicht helfen das Tor mit einem Code, nur für Hotel Gäste, zu schließen.

Perfekt boende precis vid stranden. Personalen är underbara. Rekommenderas verkligen detta hotell på alla vis. Värt varje krona!!

Pros:

Bliskość plaży i duży basen . Piękna plaża z łagodnym zejściem i bardzo czystą wodą. Dobre jedzenie na śniadaniu i kolacji. Wszystko świeże i smaczne . Czyste i duże, wygodne pokoje.

Cons:

Śniadania powinny być do 11.
W restauracji 1-n litr Sangeii nie był 1-m litrem tylko mniejszą pojemscią . Jak zwróciłam uwagę kelnerowi to przy następnym zamówieniu było więcej ale dolano po prostu więcej wody przez co smak był już nie ten.

Ein gutes Hotel, das einige Verbesserungen benötigt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen und optisch sehr ansprechend (eines der schönsten am Strand). Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmert sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und beinhaltet Champagner. Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit frischer, weißer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt täglich.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich verfügt über eine wunderschöne Rasenfläche mit Liegestühlen, aber es gibt einen Haken. Zwar spenden die Pinien bis zum Mittagessen Schatten (die äussersten Liegestühle sind bis 15:00 Uhr abgeschirmt), danach findet man nirgends mehr Schatten. Es wäre toll, wenn das Personal den Gästen auf Anfrage Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stellen würde. Der Rasen ist zudem Tag für Tag mit demselben Müll übersät (ein Eisstiel, ein Pflaster, ein Haufen Nüsse usw.). Obwohl er täglich bewässert wird, das Personal kümmert sich nicht darum. Wir beschwerten uns an der Rezeption, und ein Mitarbeiter nahm dies zur Kenntnis, doch am nächsten Morgen lag der ganze Müll wieder da, wo er hingehörte. Und dann ist da noch der Eingang. Das Tor zum Strand ist immer offen, und es gibt keinen Sicherheitsdienst. Fremde kommen von der Strasse herein und nutzen Pool, Duschen und Toiletten kostenlos. Das ist unfair gegenüber den Gästen, die für diese Annehmlichkeiten bezahlen, und ausserdem unsicher, da Handys, Tablets und teure Brillen auf den Tischen neben den Liegestühlen herumliegen. Die Rezeption hat versprochen, das Problem zu beheben. Ich würde das wirklich gerne glauben, denn das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr gut und ich könnte es meinen Freunden empfehlen.
