It was just what we needed for the night.
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast selection, dinner options within easy walking distance, very comfortable room, good value, easy check-in/out.

Pros:

I wish I got her name! The check in "clerk" was so helpful. We needed directions to a venue by not taking the interstate. She wrote some directions on a sticky note, but when we left for our concert, she stopped us and gave us a print out with the precise directions. It was amazing someone would go to such lengths to help a customer. Thank you from the both of us.

Pros:

Zachary is 19 and traveling alone. An earlier phone call to the hotel front desk and talking to a real person on this same day said you just had to be 18 to check in. When going to check in, told you have to be 21 to check in. Couldn't find it on the web site or Expedia site. Now comes the trouble of getting money back because it was paid through Expedia. Absolutely horrible experience.
