It was an okay stay I noticed a lot of the hotels in Memphis are old and out dated just renovated.
Great location, nice comfortable and clean room. The stand out for me was the genuine friendliness of the staff, from the moment I arrived to the day I left.

The property was very nice. Our two bedroom suite was wonderful! And we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and provided everything you could need.
I LOVED the layout of the suite! The public area (living room, work desk, dinette, kitchen) were towards the windows, and the bedroom / bathroom were in the back surrounded by a tall wall and up 2 stairs so it almost felt like a loft bedroom. We had a LOT of space, it felt like a small apartment with many seating areas. All the staff were helpful and personable, especially Derrick Branch who helped us with bringing our things to our room and valet-parking our car, and Ima the front desk manager. The place was in a great location downtown, walking distance to the Peabody, Beale Street, and Main Street, and we felt totally safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

We stayed two nights and almost wanted to stay 3. The room was spacious/clean and the bed was so comfortable. We felt safe in the area and even went to the Opheum Theater one night. We would stay here again if ever in the area.
Great stay! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the doorman, to valet parking, to front reception desk! Comfortable rooms.
