Desilusão total, nem celebração nem descanso...muito menos atenção.

Desde luz do wc sempre ligada, aspirar às 8h30 e arrastar móveis, falta de atenção do staff, que falava em tom alto sobre as suas vidas pessoais e o pior mesmo foi não terem realizado o pedido especial que foi feito na reserva, pois era o nosso aniversário de casamento, foi confirmado o pedido mas ao chegar ao quarto não havia nada.
O fim de semana que deveria ser de celebração e descanso não foi nem um coisa nem outra.
Não recomendo de todo.
