Pros:

It was ideal for location of my son wedding at the Qiunta Do Torniero.

Cons:

Rooms above breakfast/bar, constantly woken by chairs scrapping on tiled floor. Chairs need felt or rubber feet.

O Hotel apresenta já necessidades de remodelação. Corredores e quartos em alcatifa que denotam necessidade de substituição.
Muito longe da qualidade média de hotéis de 4 estrelas. Está mais próximo de ser um 3 estrelas.

was not allowed by the director (behind the frontdesk) to do early checkin for 1 hour diference. This person didn´t even bother to step out of the office to justified the negative answer she gave.

Hotel sossegado, pequeno almoço agradável

Cons:

O chuveiro estava estragado, nao consegui usá-lo , a tampa da chaleira estava partida ou desencaixada. As almofadas eram altas demais e não havia alternativa, tive de pagar estacionamento porque nao havia estacionamento disponível no exterior. Nao gosto de alcatifas, este hotel já merecia uma remodelação visto que tem 4 estrelas. Obrigada
