Disappointed
Pros:

The location and the staff were friendly. I have requested for early check in which I got but I was given a different room to what I have booked. I booked for twin double but was given a king room instead.

Cons:

The room was nothing special. Looks like a Holiday Inn. It was nothing very clean either. For the price that they were charging, it was not justified.

Family‑friendly stay with fun pool waterplay.
Pros:

A wonderful family-friendly stay, especially for kids who enjoyed the pool’s waterplay. The complimentary coffee was delightful, and the service was consistently excellent from start to finish.

SUPERB LOCATION
Pros:

The location is superb. It is soo close to Nu Central (5mins walk) . The front desk staff, (think his name was William) was efficient and friendly. Would definitely be back when we are back in Malaysia

Cons:

The breakfast buffet food quality was below par for a 5 star hotel. Theres only certain food that was good.
