Staff can’t make a good cocktail, need training in this.
Excellent location for getting from the airport and to the airport. We had lots of assistance and help and were allowed a later checkout (so grateful for the 4pm). The swimming pool (very large), was the best we experienced in our 3 week stay across Malaysia. Breakfast was high quality with a huge range- and well worth it. You also can’t hear any of the traffic outside!

Location was excellent. Check in fast and friendly. Shower was powerfull which is excellent

The excellent breakfast, the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, and the fantastic pool area with slides for kids were the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially our housekeeper, Md Akoh, who kept our room spotless every day. Although the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, Grab rides were quick, affordable, and made getting around Kuala Lumpur very easy. The direct connection to KL Sentral was also a huge advantage for exploring the city and traveling to and from the airport.
Nothing significant. The only minor drawback is that it’s a little farther from the main tourist attractions, but this is easily offset by the affordable and convenient Grab rides.
