A lovely 4-5 star hotel taht will make your stay in KL
Pros:

The size of room and the location next to Kuala Lumpur's main travel hub. Accessible for the train, LRT, MRT monorail and KLIA express. Excellent and all within walking distance

Cons:

Access for taxis and e-hail transport is confusing

This is about 9th time I stayed at the hotel and 2nd time for my wife, both enjoyed the stay,
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with so many choices of good quality food. Club Lounge facilities were very useful. I have been to this hotel for several times with my work prior to Covid pandemic. I chose the same hotel this time for holiday, not at all disappointed.

breakfast.. all food is good & tasty ! staff also friendly.. will come again to repeat staycation !! recommended to all to stay here ! keep it up !!!

Cons:

With the room rate paid, I had expected the bathroom to at least include a bathtub. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available.

Fantastic hotel at a convenient location
Pros:

Loved the customer service prior to check-in and througout our stay. Our room had floor to ceiling window facing outside with a fantastic view which made our stay memorable. The room is modern with great amneties. Surely will pick Le Meridien everytime on short stay, as its connected to KL Sentral.

Cons:

Its not the hotel's fault, but the elevators to the hotel from KL Sentral only start at 8 am, so if you are carrying heavy luggage you have to lift it for a few steps.

Pros:

Friendly staff,great service, fantastic location easily accessible from the airport and central to most places of interest.
Lovely gardens and amenities.

Cons:

The Hotel is in need of some repairs, although the rooms were very clean, the common areas require a bit of maintenance.
