A very good hotel overall.
Pros:

Room was excellent - Lake view great.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast fruits could be better. I am used to staying in KL hotels.
The room service Club sandwich could be prepared better.

Worth it t just for the shower!
Pros:

Great location next to the Sentral station and Nu Sentral Mall. Bird park short drive away. Great facilities and reception at the hotel. Staff were terrific. Rooms spacious and clean. The most amazing rain shower I have seen at a hotel.

Exactly what we needed after a long flight, good facilities all round.

Perfect location for seeing Kuala Lumpur.
Pros:

Loved this hotel, great pool. Train station so close for visiting landmarks. Breakfast amazing, so much choice and good value. Restaurant staff delightful.
