Prima hotel dicht bij vliegveld
Pros:

We hadden onze overstap gemist en zochten daarom een budgetvriendelijk hotel in de buurt van vliegveld met shuttle service. Dit hotel valt binnen de kwalificatie voor ons. Vriendelijk ontvangst en ruime kamer. Niks mis mee voor 1 nacht.

Bad customer service

The AC was working.

I called for the shuttle on multiple occasions and the front desk kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I waited at the airport for an hour and with no success. I eventually had to get an Uber for the cost of $55.00 to such a close location.

Front desk staff was unprofessional. When I got to the desk, the gentleman proceeded to engage in conversation with his coworker whilst I was waiting for his assistance.

When I complained about the shuttle service, his response was that they had too much people at the front desk and did not have time to answer the phone calls, which I believe was unprofessional and bad for business considering passengers who book these hotels near the airport heavily rely on the shuttle services, rather than paying exorbitant prices for an Uber for such a short distance.

When I received the room card, no explanation or anything was done (i.e what time breakfast starts etc). Instead, the gentleman just gave me the card and re-engaged in conversation with his coworker.

Quick stay due to being stuck in Houston bc of bad weather in Chicago.

I liked the price and that it was close to the airport.

Cons:

This hotel needs a facelift/renovation BADLY!!! It was VERY clean but also felt gross, old and rundown. There is old bedroom furniture in the rooms, we didn't feel totally safe, everything just had a "sketchy" feeling to it. I had put the metal flap thing on the door for security but it fell off the door. The elevator seemed like it needs a maintenance appt. It was very much a you get what you paid for since the room was only $77 for the night but had I known what it was I would have spent the extra money to avoid the sketchy feelings the room and whole hotel vibe it gave.

De badkamer was niet schoon, er lagen lange (vrouwen) haren op de grond, heel vies

We hadden de shuttle geboekt in de ochtend om 10:00 u , deze kwam niet opdagen en we moesten een Uber boeken
aangezien de wachttijden op airport gigantisch zijn....Dit was erg slecht
Dus haal de 24 uurs shuttle service aub van uw site af, was echt waardeloos

The place smelled like weed, lobby smelled elevators also. We had cockroaches in one room on the ceiling. No one to uber there. Staff was pleasant but you really need to have some deep

Trip was not worth it
Cons:

It is definitely worn and old, the views from the rooms in the back was an old building and wired fence in the back and the grass was not kept. You would have to go the there to see for yourself. Not pleasing to the eye.
