Room was warm and musty, hot water intermittent. Lobby reeked of mold and mildew. Hallways were not climate controlled. Food was poor. Property was old, dirty and poorly maintained. Had warning signs in the elevator about the smell of marijuana!
This hotel is truly embarrassing. Every time I tried to contact them, it was impossible to get a response. They don’t reply to emails, messages, or phone calls. I would absolutely avoid this place. If you have a layover and are looking for a hotel, look elsewhere.

I received email from booking that the booking wasn’t confirmed and hence I booked elsewhere … subsequently I was charged and despite my complain I didn’t get reimbursed neither am I getting follow- up on my complain from booking.
When I booked I was expecting to get free breakfast like it was advertised but unfortunately we had to pay! It’s not the $20 it’s the fact we were lied to.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible interaction with the bartender Diego. I asked about the lettuce and he told me they didn’t know where is was from. He told me that the illness are nonsense and it was fake social media. I said I’m sorry I just don’t want to get sick. He laughed at me and said I was being emotional.
I walked to the front desk to make a complaint and he followed me there. Standing staring at me behind the front desk clerk as I tried to get an email for management. He insulted me again in front of the other staff. I asked why he was standing there and not at the bar. He said he can stand wherever he wants and again said that I was being emotional.
As I walked back to my room and he followed me and then he stood at the entrance to the bar and stared at me.
I walked back to the front desk to see if the manager had called me back yet.
He followed me again to the desk and leaned over to touch my arm. I asked him to please not touch me or follow me and to not talk to me again.
This is not ok. The other staff was there for most of these interactions and apologize for his behavior, but in the end, nothing was done.
