design di alto livello e cura dei dettagli dell'edificio e nelle stanze, personale gentile e accogliente
una piccola carenza: mancanza di tappetini per attività fisica presso l'area fitness
Great location to see the motor museum. Stunning renovation, comfortable room and good breakfast.
Always a fascinating and pleasant stay! This building is a real piece of Italy’s industrial history, since the building was actually a former FIAT factory, transformed into a Hotel by Renzo Piano. Personally, I love the industrial design, the engineering diagrams and autodrome photos hanging on the walls, and the big windows. It’s huge but cozy! A wonderful atmosphere.
I had some trouble turning off all the lights (I had to unplug one of the lamps because I couldn’t find the switch). I’d have appreciated a shower cup. I don’t know if it's absence was due to a “plastic free” policy.
Location for fiat track. Rooms clean and modern. Very expensive.
Breakfast not good, bread dry, eggs dry, bacon not cooked and limp and greasy. Staff not very friendly. Conference occurring same time.
This was an excellent hotel overall, easily close to a 10/10 experience.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel itself is modern, stylish and feels genuinely high-end. The room was outstanding: spacious, beautifully designed, large bed, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with automatic shutters and curtains. Overall comfort level was very high. And the bathroom was wonderful! With massage shower!
The breakfast was a real highlight. There was a huge variety of fresh options including fruit, yoghurt, pastries and desserts. Service during breakfast was exceptional as well, especially thanks to one particularly friendly and helpful staff member who really elevated the experience (Fabrizio).
The fitness area is also a strong plus, located on the upper floor with a view outside. It is well equipped for both cardio and strength training, which adds real value for longer stays.
The hotel location is actually quite practical despite not being central. It is right next to a large shopping centre and several big stores, which makes it easy to spend time nearby on foot.
Parking is also available both in front of and around the hotel, which is convenient for short stays.
The main downside is the location in terms of travel experience. Driving in the city can be quite stressful and traffic conditions are not very pleasant. Arriving at the hotel can be more difficult than leaving it again, especially by car. Next to that you need transport if you want to visit the city.
Parking, while available, does not feel fully secure since it is open and accessible. For that reason, I personally removed all valuables from the car as a precaution.
The glass elevator is visually impressive but may feel uncomfortable for people with a fear of heights.
Just as a tip, get some English chanels for more people being able to watch :).
