Bon accueil, dommage que l'on ne soit pas référencé en tant qu' ancien client, cela fait plus de dix ans que nous venons.
Petit déjeuner et personnel agréable, serviable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, ne pas downgrader.
Chambre, confort et calme apprécié. Architecture réussie que l'on ne se lasse pas d'admirer.
Personnel de la réception qui s'est proposé de nous garder nos bagages après le check-out !
C'est un plaisir de séjourner dans cet établissement, où nous sommes venus avec et sans enfants.

Soggiorno piacevole, con personale molto gentile ma alcuni dettagli migliorabili
Pros:

La struttura è di buon livello e si trova nella zona del Lingotto, ben servita da mezzi pubblici (metro e autobus nelle vicinanze). Tuttavia, non è in centro e quindi può risultare poco comoda per chi desidera muoversi facilmente tra le principali attrazioni della città. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre cordiale.

Cons:

L’aspetto che mi ha lasciata più perplessa riguarda i servizi in camera: mancava completamente il set di cortesia base, inclusi elementi semplici come un bicchiere per lo spazzolino. Solo al momento del check-out ho scoperto che questi articoli erano disponibili su richiesta. Ritengo che, per una struttura a quattro stelle, questo tipo di informazione debba essere comunicato chiaramente fin dall’arrivo.
