Soggiorno piacevole, con personale molto gentile ma alcuni dettagli migliorabili
Pros:

La struttura è di buon livello e si trova nella zona del Lingotto, ben servita da mezzi pubblici (metro e autobus nelle vicinanze). Tuttavia, non è in centro e quindi può risultare poco comoda per chi desidera muoversi facilmente tra le principali attrazioni della città. Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile e sempre cordiale.

Cons:

L’aspetto che mi ha lasciata più perplessa riguarda i servizi in camera: mancava completamente il set di cortesia base, inclusi elementi semplici come un bicchiere per lo spazzolino. Solo al momento del check-out ho scoperto che questi articoli erano disponibili su richiesta. Ritengo che, per una struttura a quattro stelle, questo tipo di informazione debba essere comunicato chiaramente fin dall’arrivo.

L'accoglienza di benvenuto, la cortesia del personale, la posizione strategica, il ricco buffet per colazione e il prezzo del menu del ristorante molto buono. molto comodo il parcheggio di fianco alla struttura incluso nel prezzo del soggiorno.

Non è che proprio non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa, l'hotel è bello. Mi aspettavo forse un po più di dettagli di pregio all'interno di una camera King deluxe e il bagno non era perfettamente pulito
