Pros:

立地と価格、スタッフの丁寧さ

Cons:

仕方がないが、老朽化で全館ヤニくさい。特に廊下は、非禁煙なのかと思う程度には臭いが気になるので、そのあたりを許容できるかどうか。

Great experience
Pros:

Fantastic value for money. Great location. Even if the hotel is listed in booking saying that front desk only speak Japanese, they speak some English and it was easy to communicate with them. They were extremely professional and on it too.

Cons:

The room size was compact. But for the price I paid I will not complain.

Keio Presso Inn Kanda was excellent, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the property’s eco-friendly housekeeping policy, with room cleaning provided every three days, which supports sustainability while still maintaining a clean and well-kept environment. Do expect the room to be on the smaller side, as is common in Tokyo, but it is efficiently designed and still very comfortable.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the property overall, as my stay was very enjoyable. The only small suggestion is that the location is not the most convenient when it comes to accessing the train station. However, walking is part of the experience when visiting Tokyo, and it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay.
