定宿
Pros:

落ち着いていて広々としている。仕事をした目にならない。立地環境も整っている。神田駅も秋葉原駅もアクセスが良い。食事をするところもたくさんあるし、飲む場所もある。近くにはコンビニもあるし、基本的に困らない場所ついつい定宿として使ってしまいがち。

お得に都内泊
Pros:

同じ日程では都内のホテルの中でリーゾナブルなお値段だった。
フロントの方々の対応が丁寧で親切だった。
アクセスできる範囲に主要駅や様々なお店があり便利。

Cons:

コンセントが2つ壊れていた（？）のか充電できなかった。
宿泊中ハウスダストのアレルギーでくしゃみ・鼻水がややひどかった。

The room space is small enough. Uber drivers always cannot find the correct front door of the hotel based on the address..?!
