Muito confortável.
Pros:

Eu gostei muito do hotel, muy lindo e limpo.

Cons:

Mas o quarto não tinha muita boa recepção do Wi-Fi. E as refeições da tarde não tem muita variedade.

Buona struttura per famiglie con bambini
Pros:

Il cibo è il punto forte, non solo è abbandonante ma anche vario e sfizioso. Ci sono state anche delle serate a tema con cucina tipica di Madeira o ad esempio cucina Messicana. La posizione dell’albergo è buona, essendo un ottimo punto di partenza per girare l’isola. Buona soluzione per famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Cons:

La pulizia non mi è sembrata troppo accurata. Inoltre c’è poca attenzione agli spazi comuni: la piscina era difficilmente accessibile per gli adulti, essendoci bambini che giocavano a palla o facevano tuffi. Non consigliato a che cerca relax e ambiente silenzioso.

La ubicación del hotel es magnífica, las instalaciones están bien y el buffet genial, con comida muy rica y variada. También están muy bien las actividades que tienen a lo largo del día y las actuaciones nocturnas.

Cons:

Aunque las instalaciones están muy bien, creo que deberían modernizar las habitaciones y los baños, no obstante, están bien. Igualmente considero que algunos servicios, como por ejemplo el uso del billar, deberían ser gratuitos.

El personal era muy amable

Cons:

La comida del buffet era nefasta.
Poder reservar en los otros restaurantes era complicado pero cuando le explicamos lo q pasaba con el buffet nos hicieron hueco incluso para el desayuno.
Servían la bebida con muy poco hielo y no estaba fresca

Es gibt viel bessere Unterkünfte auf Madeira
Pros:

Die Größe der Suite war gut und das Mittagessen im Fischrestaurant. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Hotel-Restaurant war gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels und des Zimmers ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und hat uns nicht angesprochen. Das Hotel-Restaurant ist recht dunkel, die Anrichteweise der Speisen sehr altmodisch, es gibt nur wenig Sitzplätze aussen. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Bar ist viel kleiner, als es auf den Bildern erscheint.

Pros:

Gostei do espaço. Da comida e da simpatia dos funcionários sempre muito prestáveis.

Cons:

Quarto se situar por cima do parque de estacionamento, logo pela manhã ouvir o barulho dos pneus no chão e a menina do pingo doce a falar.
De resto nada a apontar tudo muito bom. O quarto em si era grande e espaçoso e a cama muito boa ,mas se fosse em outro lugar era tudo excelente.
