Nice if you want something out of the way, not much to do around hotel, return trip to Funchal run by the hotel are 33 e

The staff were the standout everyone was pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and pool area. Always spotless.

Cons:

I paid extra for a sea view room but at night it was extremely noisy, even with the doors closed due to entertainment. Which was pretty bad in itself!

Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen grosszügig, komfortabel und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Buffet, das mit einer riesigen, abwechslungsreichen Auswahl überzeugt. Hier kommt wirklich jeder auf seine Kosten. Das All-inclusive-Angebot lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und bestens gepflegt. Der grosszügige Aussenbereich mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch der hoteleigene Strand ist wunderschön, sauber und angenehm ruhig, ohne überlaufen zu sein.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Diese ist so ausgerichtet, dass die kalte Luft direkt auf das Bett bläst. Deshalb konnten wir sie nachts leider nicht eingeschaltet lassen.

Pros:

The receptionist, Susana, when I checked in was delightful - she was very efficient, polite and helped me check in early. The room is a great size, and I had a room overlooking the pool and the ocean, which had the most magnificent sunsets. On the first night there was also complementary cake and wine brought to the room, honestly just overall fantastic. I didn't realise it at first, but you can eat at any of the restaurants including the ala carte which I recommend if you don't have kids. The food was exceptional. All you can drink sparkling wine, ice cream and cocktails by the pool. I went in October and there was almost no one around, sun loungers were easily available and not too noisy pool side, live entertainment every night. It was so good.

Cons:

The food at the buffet was very average, I recommend going to book at the other restaurants and eating there, they don't cater for kids unlike the buffet. The bar staff act like they're doing you a favor, its easier to just help yourself to wine, than ask for a cocktail. I did book the spa treatment which was a separate cost and definitely not worth the money, its just a man rubbing oil on you like a chicken ready for roasting. There was a receptionist in the middle of the weekend who was super unhelpful, but I think its just luck of the draw who you get.

Pros:

La chambre était plutôt confortable, le lit grand. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était généreux et avait du choix. L’espace piscine.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un kit de rasage déjà utilisé, le rasoir était encore présent dans l’emballage et plein de poils. À se demander si la chambre avait vraiment été nettoyée. Le buffet snack de l’après midi avait l’air d’être posé là depuis le matin: les frites étaient molles, les saucisses flétries, plus de sauce disponible… Le buffet du soir était un buffet italien…. Tout était sec et peu gourmand. Les jus du petit déjeuner avait était déjà installé le soir même pour le lendemain matin.

Reservámos uma suite familiar e o conforto não correspondeu com as expectativas: colchões e sofá desconfortáveis; pouco isolamento sonoro; equipamentos televisivos desatualizados; lagartixas nos quartos e corredores. Além do mais, no momento da reserva online, estava descrita uma oferta de uma garrafa de vinho, a qual nunca foi efetivamente oferecida pelo hotel.

Só tenho uma opinião a dar,a piscina interior devia de ter alguém a orientar,pois é uma piscina destinada a quem quer um pouco de sossego,e na minha estadia estava cheia de crianças e adolescentes, constantemente a dar mergulhos e jogar á bola, incluindo jogar água,os arredores da piscina estavam cheios de água junto às espreguiçadeiras,o que tornava um perigo. Por isso acho que devia de ter alguém responsável lá dentro,para fazer cumprir as regras de piscinas interiores. Sei que às vezes há falta de pessoal,uma opção seria de meia em meia hora ,passar lá um funcionário a ver se estava tudo bem.

Cons:

Очень шумная улица за окном, спать с открытыми окнами невозможно. А в номере душно очень, кондиционер общий и не работает. Не отдохнули а измучились.
По поводу еды могу сказать что ее очень много , но не вкусно совершенно.
