Overall for the price we paid for the room was acceptable, some minor inconveniences but nothing major.
Pros:

The property was easy to find and is easily accessible. The location is in a decent area.

Cons:

(Room 133) The refrigerator in room had a large rust spot on the front of it. Chairs in room had multiple white stains on them. Minimal working outlets near beds. The walls are very thin and conversations can be heard clearly between rooms. It took multiple hours to get extra towels to the room, room was registered for four guest, initially two towels were provided. We did attempt to call the front desk and we were told that they would get in contact with house keeping. We ended up having to find the house keeping lady ourselves.
