Torres Mazatlan

Rooms were nice and big and clean, great staff, big pool for yourself and kids. A lot of activities on weekends for kids and adults.

The location, staff and amenities were superb. This is a time share and there are families with children - but there are beachfront shady spots away from the pool that are quiet. We fled the Zona Dorada and lucked out by finding this gem last minute.

We love Torres Mazatlan its been our vacation spot for a least 10 Years .

Our experience has always been good, if not excellent, during the four years we've enjoyed the facilities. This year was no exception: the staff is always ready to help you. From the moment you check in, an experience of tranquility and security begins. It's a place to enjoy Mazatlán from beginning to end. And if you don't need to go out, you have all the services right there, with activities for adults and children. That's why we highly recommend it.

The rooms were huge. I have a child in a wheelchair and to have room for her chair to easily move around the room and have her adult changing table set up, it was perfect. Just sitting under a palapa and enjoying the sounds of the ocean, beautiful sunsets and soak up sun made for a relaxing time.

Wait Staff excellent. Very friendly! Stone surface around the pool not the best. Slippery and hard on the feet in general. Overall, the Torres is wonderful!

Great place

Torres is the BEST! They greet you with ‘Welcome Home!’ And it’s true. Torres feels like home. I’ve been coming every Thanksgiving for over a decade and can’t imagine staying anywhere else. My friend have been coming for over 30 years and are owners.
Only thing is can suggest is to put a large sign on the small hot tub that states it isn’t for kids under 12. Nothing worse than relaxing at the end of the evening and having kids come in (supervised or not) splashing around and making all kinds of noise.

Torres Mazatlan is amazing and has the friendliest most helpful staff. This is my 32nd year staying here.

This is my third year at Torres. This resort is picturesque with its beauty and charming features. The people that work there treat you like family and do what it takes to make your vacation perfection. They called me several times just to ask if we needed anything and to be sure we were having a fantastic time. Mazatlan is my favorite place in Mexico. There are so many fun things to explore and the food is impeccable. I will be back to Torres for a fourth time!
