Pros:

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. It was quiet and I felt safe staying there alone.

Cons:

This Spark location was bare bones. The rooms supposedly have been updated, but it didn't really appear that way. The room was a little dark and dreary. Pillows were terribly uncomfortable.

Great service at a great value. We will be back.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not care for the breakfast. I do understand that it is free but the options were inadequate. There was not any bread for just toast, or a biscuit. Your option was bagel or English muffin.

Was a nice hotel to stay at.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful when i had questions.

Cons:

Our neighbors in the room next door to us were a little sketchy. They kept trying to open our door which i didnt like. More cameras need to be on each floor

Decent. Breakfast was not good due to it was basically cereal but Bob Evans was close. And very reasonable.
Pros:

Close to highway and great location

Cons:

The staff seemed to be unfriendly. It was as if they were upset that I had booked through a separate vendor.

Excellent place will stay again!
Pros:

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Given the winter storm experienced in Missouri, the location proved particularly convenient due to nearby amenities such as gasoline stations and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again.

Not really the quality of a Hampton
Pros:

Did not use.

Cons:

Very noisy, with traffic noise, air conditioner noise and kids running up and down the hall, talking very loud, laughing and slamming doors- both evening and very early morning. Did not at all like the new decor. It is very minimalistic, cold and uncomfortable. And what is with the new name, Spark!

The road noise from the interstate highway was bad. I have stayed at this hotel before when it was branded as Hampton Inn. I do not remember this before.

The room was nice. Breakfast ok. Handicapped room was farthest from elevator 😞 and needed a Gideon Bible in the room.

Pros:

The name of the hotel changed and Noone told us.
Then was told no hot breakfast.
Continental was not very good old tasting bagels and much options wife couldn't eat anything

Just not what it was sold as.
