Zimmer war nicht reserviert, einchecken hat ewig gedauert, sehr laut, schlechter Geruch im Zimmer, am Pool extrem laut, Aufenthalt nicht möglich, sehr schlechtes Frühstück, schlafen war kaum möglich, ab 4 Uhr morgens extremer Krach

I'd stay there again if I was going to Santa Barbara.
Pros:

Clean quiet room, everything I needed, no frills! Walking distance to nice shops, places to eat. Not far from the freeway, so navigation was not difficult.
Staff were very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast room had a nice view and was spotless.

Cons:

T=U thought the breakfast was supposed to have eggs. I didn't find any.

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, équipée d’un micro-ondes et d’un réfrigérateur, ce qui est pratique. L’insonorisation est correcte.

Cons:

Plusieurs points négatifs sont à noter : la salle de sport est très limitée, uniquement adaptée au cardio (pas de machine à câble, haltères jusqu’à 11 kg maximum). Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment médiocre : le café était brûlé et imbuvable les deux jours, aucun plat chaud proposé (pas d’œufs, rien), et le pain n’est pas de bonne qualité. Le Wifi quant à lui est également de très mauvaise qualité, nous n'avons quasiment pas pu l'utiliser. L'isolation des chambres était très mauvaise : nous mourrions de chaud à notre arrivée dans l'après-midi, et la nuit, nous avions froid. Au final, nous avons trouvé que c'était un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
