Was conveniently located to the hospital.
Pros:

Close proximity to the Hong Ngoc hospital

Cons:

Was old and outdated.
We booked what I thought was a non smoking room but could smell stale cigarette smoke in the room.

My stay at Reyna Hotel this time.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast, service, and room quality.
This may not be the best hotel if you compare it to 5 star expensive hotels.
But if you're a person looking for adequate hotel quality at reasonable price, I strongly recommend this spot.

Cons:

In my past 2 reservation and stay at Reyna hotel, I sent an email to their official email to see if my booking.com hotel was confirmed in their system.
I also sent booking.com chat also because they were not replying.
They didn't answer anything at all.
I was unpleased and at my latest visit, I asked the reason why.
The staff at the front didn't understand what I am asking at all.
I didn't want to waste time so I just said yes he understood it and just went to my room.

Excellent room, decent location from Korea town, and kind workers who know how to bend the rules when necessary.

Cons:

I couldn't stay at this hotel longer. 😀 Wish my schedule was longer haha.
