Cons:

Dirty and under refurbishment.Should not be operating till finished.Promised a free breakfast on check in and then waited around for a 7.30 am breakfast and told not applicable.Looked pretty poor anyway so no loss.

I booked a mountain view room but all I got was trees, no view.. it was very disappointing.Balcony was filthy, we couldn’t even step outside.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing but the shower that we stayed in room 49 has residue around the edges and the hotel needs to be upgraded and furnished

Cons:

Mould and residue above the shower ceiling. There was no phone to contact the hotel outside of hours, and the room acquires further upgrading.

Pros:

The view, the restaurant dinner. Comfy bed.

Cons:

We lost water completely through the night including flushing toilets.The included breakfast was disappointing. Feels very run down.

Elderly Mother & Son Xmas stay
Pros:

The room was ready early and the staff are very welcoming & helpful with info about lodge or surrounding area. The views are amazing and room was comfy for 2ngt stay over Christmas🎅. Buffet breakfast was amazing and pool was decent size and had shaded area with seating. There are tennis courts and ample parking available onsight. Waking up to birds chirping in the morning was very relaxing!

Cons:

Microwave in room been good!! A large family group staying at same time as we did made it uncomfortable at times taking over pool area with drunk and unnecessary swearing loudly. They also had very loud party on Xmas eve taking over the closed resturant into early hrs morning which did cause issue sleeping. The manager did break up party after she was aware of situation. If that family group show rest of guest bit more respect or weren't there it would of been 5🌟review

Cons:

The view from the bedroom was very average. The reception and staff seemed to be floating between jobs.
The rooms were basic but clean. Would have to drive if you want breakfast before 7;30am.

Just perfect to relax and unwind.
Pros:

The view from the restaurant was exceptional. The whole property is surrounded by gardens, birds and other animals. We relaxed completely, soaking up the scenery and habitat.
