Der beste Aufenthalt seit langem!

Dieser wunderschöne Blick auf den Müggelsee, das Frühstück, das super tolle Personal!

Pros:

Sehr gute Betten, toller Ausblick auf den See, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Bekam sofort ein zweites Kissen auf das Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer wäre eine neuer WC Deckel schön. Es war zwar alles sehr sauber, jedoch störte die verblichene ins gelbliche gehende Farbe. Rezeption weiß Bescheid. Das ganze Hotel wird nach und nach renoviert.

Es war ok.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Am Tag der Anreise haben wir ein unsauberes( verschmiertes WC!) Bad vorgefunden!!! Das Zimmer wurde getauscht, es gab aber keine entschädigung! Scheint so selbstverständlich zu sein.

Schöne Lage, aber für die Preislage ist noch ordentlich Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Lage: direkt am See, sehr schön. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Umgestaltungs- bzw. Renovierungphase. Der Zimmerlook erinnert an Wendezeiten.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen müssen bedingt getauscht werden. Man denkt, man schläft auf einem Klumpen.
