We like this hotel but this time it was unusually noisy. Our room was along the walkway, not facing the jardin. There was a lot of action on the walkway late into the night

Love the location, even found it quiet on Saturday night, church bells started early on Sunday morning. Lovely Italian dining experience upstairs at the Panorama Restaurant Overall a charming old hotel
Hotel and staff were great. The Panorama restaurant on the roof had a good menu and a great view.
There is another restaurant on the roof that looked nice but it was either closed or booked by a group every time we tried to go there. Our room had a balcony over a pedestrian shopping street that was very pleasant and very quiet except for one night. On Sunday night where there was an extremely loud grunge rock band playing on that street. Luckily they stopped playing just after 10 pm or we never would have gotten to sleep at all.

The appointments of the room were very nice and well-maintained. Room was big. I use a wheelchair, so the elevator was necessary. Bathroom toiletries were good, the bedding high quality. I’ve stayed at Hotel Concierge Colima Plaza many times.
I have limited mobility and use a wheelchair. To get from the hotel to the plaza, I have to go through the restaurant and down their 90 degree steep ramp because direct ramp access to the lobby is now blocked by a vendor. With the elevator, wide hallways and doorways, room access is easy. The bathroom is another matter, because they all are a step up. A security bar would be helpful. The hotel did furnish a shower chair on request, but there was only one small security bar in the very slippery shower.
