Pros:

מלון מקסים, ארוחת בוקר עדינה ומוקפדת- הכל היה מושלם.
חדר נעים ומרווח, מיטות נוחות, חדר רחצה מרווח. ניכרת חשיבה על כל פרט.
אזור הספא נעים , מזמין ומפנק.
ארוחת בוקר מיוחדת, מושקעת- שווה.
המלון קרוב מאוד לעיר העתיקה.

לשים לב, כשיש מתלמדות בקבלה.
לא נעים להגיע לסיים את השהות ושיודיעו שנעשתה טעות בחישוב.
אמנם זלוטים בודדים אבל מעיב על ההרגשה.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was cosy and comfortable. Big, elegant rooms, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Good seating areas with a nice vibe and close to old town. Characterful building

Skønt hotel med god beliggenhed
Pros:

Skønt hotel, som ligger midt i det hele så man kan gå til alt - også offentlig transport.
Personalet var yderst venlige og stod til rådighed når vi havde brug for det. Vi havde et dejligt værelse - vi var blevet opgraderet til et større. Dejlig rent og god plads.

Cons:

At man kun havde instant coffee på værelset - det ville lige toppe min bedømmelse helt op, hvis der var en kaffemaskine af en slags, som f.eks en lille nespressomaskine.
Vi var der i 4 dage, og poolen virkede først fra om eftermiddagen den 3 dag. Ret ærgerligt, når den faktisk var det udslagsgivende for mig i bookingen. Hotellet var klar over at den ikke virkede da jeg bookede dagen før ankomst, men jeg fik ikke besked om at den ikke kunne bruges. Fik en discount på 10% for de dage den ikke virkede, men jeg havde kunnet spare flere tusinde på at vælge et andet hotel uden pool - når jeg nu alligevel ikke kunne bruge den. Derfor får de ikke min højeste bedømmelse.
