Agradável no geral, porém as camas de solteiro eram inadequadas.
Pros:

Hotel limpo, funcionários atenciosos, boa localização e instalações adequadas.

Cons:

Contratei um quarto para família com quarto adultos, considerando uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. As camas de solteiro na verdade eram sofás dobráveis, algo inaceitável para um hotel dessa categoria e nesse valor cobrado.

Pros:

Perfect location for sightseeing. The hotel is very nice, with big rooms and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly. I liked that it was very quiet and comfortable

Cons:

Even though the breakfast was very good, it somehow lacked the 5* feeling.

Great value for the money!
Pros:

Lovely property, beautiful inside and out. Location was great to walk into old town and an easy taxi from the airport or the modern part of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants all around.

Cons:

The staff were pleasant but not the friendly and welcoming attitude we experienced everywhere else we’ve been in Poland.

Miły klimatyczny hotel -polecam.
Pros:

Pobyt bardzo miły,pokój rodzinny duży z przestronną łazienką. W pokoju czysto - duże podwójne łóżko bardzo wygodne,natomiast dostawka do spania niestety bardzo niewygodna. Hotel o takiej renomie zainwestować w coś wygodniejszego- to jedyny minus. Śniadania bardzo przyjemne,świeże produkty,miła obsługa kelnerska. Strefa relaksu niewielka ale z przyjemną atmosferą,woda w baseniku ciepła,czysta,ręczniki do dyspozycji, sauna, możliwość skorzystania z masaży- można naprawdę odpocząć. Polecam ten hotel.

Good and comfortable hotel, recommended.
Pros:

Clean room and hotel overall. Nice and tasty breakfast. Want to recognize the cleaning stuff behaviour - they were waiting for my absence to clean up the room. It is really convenient and pleasure.

Cons:

The room needs some minor cosmetic repairs (scratches on the walls), the shower head in the bathroom leaks when the tap is completely closed.
