Pros:

מלון מקסים! הלובי מעוצב באופן חם ומזמין. כמו סלון בבית, נעים לשהות בו. הצוות מאד מסביר פנים ומאד עוזר, החדר ממש מרווח ונעים, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה, וטעימה ומאד נהננו ממנה, גם המיקום ממש אידיאלי, בפאתי העיר העתיקה

המקלחת פחות נוחה..החדרים אגב מאד שונים זה מזה, אנחנו היינו בחדר של שתי מיטות נפרדות. אז חדר האמבטיה היה מאד גדול, והיה בו את כל האביזרים הנדרשים אבל אמבטיה עצמה הייתה ללא מקלחון והתיזה לכל עבר, וגם הכיורים (היו שניים משום מה), היו מאד נמוכים והיה צריך ממש להתכופף כדי להשתמש בהם. בנוסף חסרה תאורה בחדר והמזרונים היו רכים מידי לטעמי.
כל השאר היה נהדר!

Smaczna kuchnia a la carte, bardzo ładne lobby.

Cons:

Słabe widoki z okien, zimna woda w basenie - pierwszy raz się spotkałem, aby w hotelowym spa woda miał 27 stopni w małym baseniku. Pokoje smutne, ascetyczne, ale to akurat kwesta gustu, słabe śniadanie jak na 5 gwiazdkowy hotel.

Pros:

Very helpful staff, spacious, comfortable room. Also a very efficient cleaner!
The hotel is in a quiet location, but very close to the old town.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive, so we chose to have ours at an excellent café 3 or 4 minutes walk away (Bella Kafetaria).
Otherwise no complaints.
