Bathroom never gets cleaned for 5 days and never changed lines
The location
The lack of communication between the staff and booking.com . There was construction on our floor that was loud and noisy not to mention the smell made us nauseous. They agreed to refund our money because they were unable to relocate us to another floor. We have not received our money yet
Beautiful property inside and out truly. I love the Marriott hotels from courtyards to towns place suites. This property was phenomenal! Everyone was wonderful and kind. Literally would make sure we were taken care of.
Ice machine next to our room was down, but they had another one on the opposite end of our room. They also were doing renovations so the paint on the walls weren’t finished in the hallways on the third floor. Also, our room 358 phone in the room didn’t work. Found out multiple rooms the phones weren’t working due to their renovations and being re-wired.

Location, comfortable bed, room location
Small room, light block drapes were very difficult to close and then couldn't open them. Microwave door fell off in my hand

Toilets so low to the ground I kept struggling to get up
I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. When we arrived, we were not given the room I originally booked and had to change rooms twice before getting settled.
There were four people staying in the room, but the bathroom only had three towels. When I called the front desk to request an extra towel, I was told to go look and see if housekeeping were out on the floor so I could ask them myself, which I felt was unprofessional.
On Saturday, I also called to request that our room be cleaned, but I was told our room wasn’t scheduled for cleaning until Sunday—even though we had checked on Thursday.
Everything I would never stay here again and you shouldn’t either
