Frustrating and disappointing especially since it’s a Bonvoy Marriott
Pros:

I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. When we arrived, we were not given the room I originally booked and had to change rooms twice before getting settled.

There were four people staying in the room, but the bathroom only had three towels. When I called the front desk to request an extra towel, I was told to go look and see if housekeeping were out on the floor so I could ask them myself, which I felt was unprofessional.

On Saturday, I also called to request that our room be cleaned, but I was told our room wasn’t scheduled for cleaning until Sunday—even though we had checked on Thursday.

Cons:

Everything I would never stay here again and you shouldn’t either

Very nice but could do better for breakfast.
Pros:

Room very clean, comfortable, convenient to restaurants. Great staff.

Cons:

No free coffee in the mornings, they did have a Starbucks but expensive. No continental breakfast. No free snacks. Carpet worn out by elevators.

It’s fine place for one night stay with available parking, don’t expect high service
Pros:

Location close to the event where i needed to ho, free parking.

Cons:

Breakfast service - they didn’t have many things when we asked for breakfast so we had to go somewhere else (e.g. no fruits, not working coffee machine, …). The only option was some unhealthy precooked meal. Nobody even said sorry, they expected that it’s normal probably.

Top notch staff. Mediocre everything else.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They definitely made the experience better.

Cons:

The hotel is old and needs updating badly - on almost all fronts (bathrooms, facilities, hallways). Also, most Courtyard Marriotts have decent TVs. This one does not. The TV was ancient and the channel selection barely worked. It also did not have streaming options. Almost every Marriot property I've stayed at has Netflix or some sort of streaming sign in option.
