Wonderful
Pros:

We had a GREAT three day stay , very comfortable and they have a GREAT Staff of people. We will definitely stay here again . Very convenient location also !

The hotel was not up to par with the ratings seen on Booking.com. We will not be staying there again
Pros:

The location was in close proximity to the softball field my daughters were playing at.

Cons:

The hotel staff was less than helpful. We went to check in and our room wasn't ready which was fine. The front desk stated that she would call me when it was ready and we never received a call. The woman putting out the breakfast seemed annoyed and unhappy with her job. The rooms were stuffy and damp. Ours specifically smelled like smoke everytime the air went on. The bathroom was dingy and dirty. With other options in that area with the same price point, we will not be staying there again.

Holiday Inn is not what it used to be, recommending don’t stay at any of them!!

Cons:

Everything!! Staff was not professional or friendly. The front entrance had a little to be desired. The room has what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling bugs on the floor terrible mattress mattresses upon entry water on the floor by the coffee maker. Outside of replacing the towels room staff did zero. I would never stay in that hotel again. Know what I ever recommend a Holiday Inn property..

I will never stay here again
Cons:

The first room I was given had mold on the ceiling and walls. I requested a different room. This room was very dank smelling. It had 2 queen beds, one of the beds had a mattress that had a giant divot in it. It made it impossible for sleeping in.
