Pros:

Most of the staff was wonderful. The room was clean and everything was up to date.

Cons:

The whole time we were there the front desk clerk acted like we didn't even exist. She was off-putting when we arrived and when the remote control didn't work her answer was "Well I don't have any so you will have to deal with it." Coming and going was fun as well. Never a hello or how are you today. She acted like we were a bother to her by even existing. Everyone else was awesome and friendly. I understand having a bad day, but this was ridiculous.

Pros:

This property was not far from where we needed to be visiting and easy to find

Cons:

The room we were put in smelled very strongly of mold and felt like moister was thick in the air no matter what we did. We tried to cool the room down and the smell just got worse. I did not visibly see mold but our bags and everything smelled of mold when we left the next morning.

The convenience

Cons:

That I was put in a handicap room, the room smelled heavily like bleach, corner room so I heard people leaving the facility constantly with a banging door- and the staff serving breakfast weren’t too friendly

Wonderful
Pros:

We had a GREAT three day stay , very comfortable and they have a GREAT Staff of people. We will definitely stay here again . Very convenient location also !

The hotel was not up to par with the ratings seen on Booking.com. We will not be staying there again
Pros:

The location was in close proximity to the softball field my daughters were playing at.

Cons:

The hotel staff was less than helpful. We went to check in and our room wasn't ready which was fine. The front desk stated that she would call me when it was ready and we never received a call. The woman putting out the breakfast seemed annoyed and unhappy with her job. The rooms were stuffy and damp. Ours specifically smelled like smoke everytime the air went on. The bathroom was dingy and dirty. With other options in that area with the same price point, we will not be staying there again.
