Location great. Breakfast terrible.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The cleanliness great. The cute cafe next door reasonably priced and friendly. Open 6 days a week breakfast and lunch.

Cons:

The property is old and currently being renovated. There were full time occupants running across the upstairs (room 105) and a dog that barked regularly. I got used to the pattern but you may want to avoid that room. Breakfast was appalling. All carbs (bread, cereal, waffles), no yoghurt or fruit even though there was a fridge. I couldn’t eat there.

all of the staff that interacted with was phenomenal however, DUSTIN takes the cake. very personable and just a great sweetie pie. would stay here again just to talk to him.

The restaurant/ bar next door has amazing food.

Cons:

The room we had was disgusting. Dried boogers on the wall and the night stand looked like something had been spilled and not wiped up.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
