La propreté, la décoration, l'insonorisation, l'espace spa. Résolution de problèmes rapidement, petit déjeuner très sympathique et personnel accueillant
La première chambre attribuée sentait mauvais mais on nous l'a changé tout de suite (surclassage) + petites collations offertes.
Mauvaise explication pour le parking nous avons dû payer plein tarif sur leur 2eme parking sans proposition de dédommagement

Les installations comme la salle de sport. La piscine en rooftop, le jacuzzi sauna hammam.
La chambre est très design mais absolument pas pratique. Aucun rangement pour les vêtements, on a été obligé de laisser dans les valises. Pas de tête de lit pour s'adosser et s'installer pour lire par exemple mais un vide qui communique avec la salle de bain.
Convenient location to the Old Town and there was a supermarket near the hotel. The staffs at reception were nice and friendly, but felt the hospitality and service level are not same by every staff.
Stayed 3 nights. The spa was very crowded especially on second day and there were 10-14 people at same time. Not sure someone complaint to the hotel, but when we borrowed spa towel at reception next day we were requested to make a booking. However, no staffs at spa area and some people stayed half an hours and some were 2-3 hours, so I don't know if pre-booking at reception works well.
Slippers cost 1.5-2 euro and complimentary water is only one small bottle, which service level are not the 4-star hotel.
