Très bel hotel où nous venons pour la 2ème fois.
Spa et salle de sport sur place.

Descubrimiento de una gran alojamiento muy cerca de la Concha! Muy recomendable!
Pros:

Atención maginifica del personal de recepción y la del desayuno buffet ( que es muy variado y de calidad).
Teníamos reserva de h. Superior y nos dieron una suite.
Que comodidad, diseño acogedor y dos terrazas en la última planta, una gran sorpresa!

Staff were helpful but some aspects of the Hotel require improvement.
Pros:

The Breakfast was priced at 18euros so I decided to eat out. It was probably worth 18e but not for me. The Manager "Sid" was pleasant and helpful. I am hoping he will send me the Diary i accidentally left in the Room on departure !?

Cons:

Room 220 is small and with a large double taking most of the space, it is cramped. For instance there is only a 16inch gap between the corner of the Bed and the wall that had a TV suspended on it ! BBC News appeared the only English speaking TV Channel. The Reception area is a small Counter for size of the Hotel, and waiting for service sometimes needs much patience. Reception Staff are casually dressed with no Uniformity.

L’accès au SPA et l’originalité de la chambre.

Cons:

Le parking à 29,50€ ! Heureusement, nous avons trouvé une place à 15min à pieds dans la rue d’à côté (1€).

お得意が有り、また利用したい。
Pros:

清潔感が有り、朝食は、多品種で美味しかったです。
また、バスク鉄道のAmara駅やコインランドリー、スーパーマーケットにも近く便利でした。

Cons:

エレベーターが二つしか無く、その一つが修理中の為、待たされる事が多々有った。地階のサウナに行く人も居る為、エレベーターの利用頻度が高いので。

Baño muy pequeño y con un diseño que hace un poco dificil, incómodo el acceso. No hay armario, sólo unas perchas encima del espacio de minibar que no tiene altura suficiente para colgar una prenda que exceda de 45 cm. Olvídate de colgar una chaqueta y mucho menos una falda larga, abrigo, vestido..
