Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel. The spa in the basement is world class. The gym is great too. The breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or better trained.

Cons:

If you are expecting a gay hotel, don’t. We were one of 2 among a mostly straight crowd. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but on the small side. No dealbreakers here. I woukd definitely here again.

החדר מאד לא נוח. זרם המים במקלחת גרוע ולא ניתן לשלוט בחום וקור. אין אפילו מים לא בתשלום. הסדר חניה גרוע מאחר וחניון המלון היה מלא. מחיר מאד גבוה ואכזבה גדולה

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt
Pros:

Das Hotel war so toll, dass wir gleich noch eine Nacht verlängert haben. Extrem nettes Personal, wunderschönes Zimmer, zentral. Rundum ein tolles Hotel!

Séjour d’exception ! Accueil chaleureux et chambre magnifique.
Pros:

Les chambres étaient luxueuses et des petites attentions étaient destinées aux clients en arrivant.

It is a good hotel but it lacks soul.
Pros:

It was in a good (local) location. Clean and streamlined.

Cons:

I found the design of the room problematic. Not enough cupboard space, noisy, the shelf behind the bed disfunctional, no proper storage in the bathroom.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Super friendly AND helpful staff. We visit the pool on the roof and was surprised at how many people were there getting some good sun...and there was a hotel staff person welcoming people and giving everyone a glass of Cava (Spanish champaigne!). And San Sebastian is such a worthy place to visit, especially after a couple of days in Bilboa.
