Pros:

Local próximo ao aeroporto.

Cons:

Local privilegiado para quem precisa estar próximo do aeroporto. Quarto, infelizmente, muito sujo. Fiz esse apontamento (até aqui) no Google. Porém a proprietária se manifestou dizendo que eu deveria ter: i. especificado a sujeira; ii. chamado a equipe para limpeza. Diante disto, segue as explicações que ela solicitou.
Sujeira não precisa ser especificada, mas já que a proprietária deseja detalhes: aranhas de teto no banheiro, piso do banheiro sujo, crosta na torneira da pia, piso do quarto encardido, cabelos de outros hóspedes na cama etc. Além disto, não é razoável exigir que o hóspede chame a limpeza num domingo às 19h00, horário que eu cheguei no local. Espera-se, independentemente da rotatividade de hóspedes, que o quarto esteja limpo. Infelizmente, ao invés de perceber a crítica como construtiva, a proprietária nega as evidências e transfere ao hóspede a culpa por não ter reclamado da sujeira existente (e que não deveria estar ali). Uma pena.
