Beautiful atmosphere but the drab decor in our Bure left us disappointed
Pros:

The grounds, gardens, bar & restaurants were fabulous. Very friendly staff throughout.

Cons:

Stayed in Bure 35. Looks like needs fresh paint throughout. The couch & chair in living space should go to the tip. Incredibly uncomfortable!! All furniture looks old & needs replacing including the bed. We were very disappointed.

A great stay overall. We will certainly be back (despite the above mentioned minor negatives).
Pros:

Fantastic layout, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The pool was a bit too cold. Even the spa was cold. The spa should be heated as a minimum. Also, aircon in the bedroom would have been very welcome.

Excellent option when staying at Coffs
Pros:

Great location staff are very friendly and the on-site food drink coffee options were great

Cons:

It's just a very busy popular place. I didn't quite realize how heavily booked the resort would be mind you my time there did coincide with a big sporting event with lots of kids and parents also staying at the resort.

Lovely location
Pros:

Lovely location near the beach. Good pool facilities and staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bath looked grubby. Very dirty around and under the bed. Food and drink service slow.
Would do well to consider a small grocery/supply shop on site for necessities as we did not have a vehicle.

Vibe, food and location.
Pros:

It definitely has a beautiful vibe and location. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice. Food was lovely.

Cons:

Pillows were too high but this is personal preference. Will take my own next time.
I didn’t like that the prices are twice what they usually are during the time we stayed because of the oztag comp. Yeah hike them a little, but not double.
It was very annoying that car park one is also open to the public, which meant that often we had to park on the street up to 100m away. If you’re paying double the price you’d expect to be able to park in the car park within the resort so you’re not having to lug baggage back and forth.

Pros:

The restaurant/bar is really expensive (and has a Sunday surcharge) but it's right in front of the beach and the view is beautiful. Breakfast is definitely one of the best from all the resorts around. Staff were really nice.

Cons:

The room we booked didn't meet at all the one given to us. It was so far away from reception, facilities and restaurant. Also smelled weird and it didn't looked like the photos on Booking. We were really disappointed but for an additional charge the friendly staff was able to accommodate us in a much nicer room right next to the reception, facilities and restaurant. Better an additional charge than to stay in the room we first got.
We didn't think that for the value of money is worth staying there. Also if you have a baby in a pram like us we don't recommend it at all because there are stairs everywhere and it's not that pram friendly.

Pros:

Pool, close to the beach house, easy access to the beach.

Cons:

I had to move the beds further apart as it left little room between the fridge and bed as well as the other bed. Quite dusty when I moved the bed.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Spacious modern accommodation, beautiful pool area close to bar and restaurant and a few metres from a secluded beach. Gorgeous gardens and landscape to walk through and the restaurant was just divine.

Cons:

Nothing. I was reluctant to book due to mixed reviews but the accommodation we were assigned to was perfect
