Beautiful coastal resort for a family stay
Pros:

Lovely modern apartment that was very comfortable with good facilities in the resort.
Beautiful gardens and grounds.

Cons:

Heated spa pool in the main area not warm. Second one was great.

The facilities are good like pool and restaurant

Cons:

The rooms are quite far from reception, and the property is so large that maintenance seems unable to keep up. Cleanliness was only average — the floor was greasy and there were cobwebs in the cupboard. We stayed overnight on our way to Brisbane and were very tired, but strange loud noises from the ceiling or roof kept waking us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the rest we needed, which was disappointing given the $200-per‑night rate.

Pros:

The Buffett Breakfast was good, it was also incredibly quiet, not many people were using this facility.
There was an incredibly beautiful view and beautiful location

Cons:

The reception staff was not friendly on arrival. We came in the dark, it was raining my partner had a leg injury we were left walking around in the dark/rain to find our accommodation.
When we asked for a lift to our room there was nothing that could be done.

Car parks are Far away from accommodation. And mostly full.

The gym has old equipment and needs upgrading . Treadmill makes a horrible sound and stops suddenly.

They Charge $2.00 for extra towels and don't give out beach towels or have any towels in the gym.

For 2 drinks at the bar we paid $32

They also charged $200 holding deposit

This place is incredibly overpriced with very little quality.

Pros:

Check in was simple and fast. The main restaurant was lovely, with affordable and good food and drinks and a great view to the beach.

Cons:

The internet and wifi connection at the resort is pretty shocking. There is no connection without wi-fi.I was with a group and was not put that close to friends or family (could survive without it).

Property was clean and in a quiet location.

Cons:

Even though they provided free parking, finding a spot was very difficult. Then they showed a different area to park. They still used old key methods to open the parking gate and also for the property. They could make it accessible through swipe cards.
