Lovely relaxing setting, more disability considerations please.

Lovely setting, staff great, restaurant/bar lovely.
Room comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioning only in living room. Bedroom was very warm & fans were not enough. Sails to protect & cool bedroom/bathroom were torn.
Very hilly, I have Mobility issues & struggled to visit facilities. INDOOR POOL advertised on TripAdvisor, a reason I booked was closed 2 years ago. Not the hotels fault but an updated map needs to be uploaded to TripAdvisor

Short
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the pools were great for swimming. The location of the place is great and close to the town centre. The resort itself was lovely and tropical.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but very expensive, The room was in a great location for us with a child as it was close by, the room itself was a bit back dated and needed a good update especially the kitchenette. The bathroom was clean but no airflow into it. The bed was great but i felt the room didn't have aircon only the lounge room which was weird. The pool deck needs to be updated and their should be a life guard around even their parents are looking after their children. The pool deck had lots of drink glasses around it which wasnt friendly for young children around and wasn't attended to fast. The staff were friendly but not attentive enough. There were camers but i feel like it wasnt being watched properly in the area of the pools.

Good facilities for families.
Pros:

Room was great for a family, a little bit of wear and tear but overall very clean. Grounds fantastic, well done grounds team. Facilities were well kept, pool, tennis courts etc.

Cons:

We hadn't booked for dinner and a lot of reservations for non resort guests, we had arrived early, 5pm and did get a table but had someone put a reserved sign on it about ten minutes after we sat down.

Pros:

Restaurants food is good but too expensive.

Cons:

One of the bathrooms is too old need renovation, saw lot of ants all of a sudden.
Sofas downstairs are pretty old.

Great location on a beautiful beach
Pros:

The location on the Bay was awesome, the ocean and beach are very clean and the water is calm. We liked the jungle feel, and the layout was well done and interesting.

Cons:

Room and pool weren't the cleanest, but certainly nice enough.

Very disappointed in the decline in quality for price you pay. Won’t return again.
Pros:

Good facilities - however we did not used them because it was so busy.

Cons:

The cleaning was horrible, found mould and dirt. Place smelt dusty and mouldy - very very poor cleaning. Parking was full and had a lot of trouble as a guest staying to even park. The value for money was horrible.

Was amazing and defently will be back and will recommend to friends family and anyone travelling in
Pros:

The location was amazing rooms are awsome pools are nice the beach was close tennis courts were available.

Cons:

Food was a bit pricey. Some new tennis balls would of been good but defently not a deal breaker and maybe bit more stuff for the gym.

Pros:

I’m not sure I’ll ever stay anywhere else in Coffs! Didn’t leave for 3 days! Absolutely amazing!!! Especially for the kids!

Cons:

Restaurant left a bit to be desired! Although the manager of the restaurant was incredible!
