Pros:

Great facilities!! Both pools are fabulous, the gym is well equipped and games area is fun as well.

Cons:

That walk up the hill from the beach is a killer, but worth it. Forces you to exercise to keep holiday calories at bay!!
Out apartment was a bit dated and tired decor/furniture, but all clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing holiday thank to the wonderful staff
Pros:

We were very kindly upgraded to an apartment because we were staying a week and we had only booked a studio apartment which was very small.
The staff were so attentive, accommodating & friendly we would stay again.. we had a wonderful holiday and really appreciated the extra room, comfort & space of the apartment.

Convenient, friendly and easy to access.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Staff were helpful and accommodating, providing all the assistance we needed. The pool and spa area was well-maintained. The space was clean. The room was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, plates etc, and hairdryer.

Cons:

There was no fan in the bathroom/shower, and the blankets on the bed were quite thin (not a proper quilt) so I was chilly at night. It would be helpful to have access to laundry facilities for those staying in studios (as we were) and/or a way to wash dishes or request room cleaning.

An amazing experience for our short stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.
Pros:

Perfect location of the apartment, walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurents etc. Our family enjoyed the pool, spa, sauna and the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds.

Cons:

No lift to give easy access to move luggage in and out of our unit. It can be difficult when travelling with children.

Would recommend this complex to young families, singles, couples, who would like to walk everywhere.
Pros:

The two pools and two spas in the complex are wonderful.
I only got in the spas at I felt the pools were too cold for me.
Room was clean and compact, as I stayed in a studio room. Although in need of the update, bathroom especially. There was a nice view from the balcony of the pool and surrounding area, but I felt room was too close to the common area, where families congregated, therefore, not much privacy.

Cons:

The fact there is no lift to the rooms. You had the carry your bags up 3 flights of steps.

About what you'd expect for a budget/average priced stay stay
Pros:

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants/cafes/shops, and if you're feeling up to it also Hastings Street (very nice looking board walk all the way there from the hotel)
The pools were great, enough room for multiple groups to hang out without bothering each other as well. The kitchen included plastic cups for taking by the pool which I thought was a good touch.

Cons:

Was a bit untidy, dishevelled (E.g. Dishwasher wasn't emptied between us and the prior guests, Shower soap dispensers had come off the wall and were just on the floor of the shower, I am in my third trimester so that wasn't great)
Beds were really uncomfortable, again in my third trimester so take that with a grain of salt but they were very firm, my partner also agreed they weren't too comfortable.
Not sound proof - our bedroom window (which was closed the entire time we were there) was between two other apartments balconies and so we would often wake up to smokers hacking up a lung or just general conversation (even quiet conversation). And for whatever reason they had a guy with a leaf blower start his rounds at 8 every morning so there was no real chance of sleeping in past then.

Relaxing and comfortable
Pros:

The weather was not great, so the Steam Room was a wonderful retreat. It is a central location between the beach and Noosa Junction - there are lots of choices for eating. The staff were excellent - Thanks Tuzi.

The pool and amenities were good Islander style and seemed to be maintained well; though the pool surrounds were exposed rocks, so you have to be careful - it can be hard on the feet.

We would go again.

Cons:

The studio room could do with a paint, and there was not an exhaust fan in the ensuite.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, facilitates exactly what you need!
Pros:

Clean & spacious apartment larger than expected and evident had been "refreshed" over the last few years. Had that classic beachy feel!

Cons:

Honestly nothing! Would warn not suitable for wheelchair or those unable to navigate stairs

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Only 10 min walk from the main beach, quiet in the evenings, 2 pools to choose from, plenty of sun loungers to lie down on, facilities to cook every night (plus BBQs in public areas), apartment came with a washer and dryer and a clothes horse, family orientated, parking onsite, perfect for our stay.
This was recommended by a colleague and it was perfect for us!

Cons:

Shower pressure wasn't great but able to live with it.
