The stay was decent, with a very convenient location and good value for the price.
Pros:

I liked the spacious room and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property had a beautiful plenty of greenery. The location was also convenient for exploring Nusa Dua.

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

The restaurant across the road! The pool was clean but local kids having swimming lessons there isn't great if you are on holiday.

Cons:

Everything. Rooms had dirty cushions on the bed. No hot water. Very very loud air conditioner. No sleep for 2 nights. Booked for 5 nights paid for late check out. Left after 2 nights. Very small menu.very plain. Catering to Chinese market. Buying in daily. Worst breakfast of our stay in Bali

Składam oficjalną reklamację i zwrot natychmiastowy kosztów pobytu oraz zwrot kosztów poniesionych ze względu na nieprofesjonalną obsługę hotelu. Straty moralne poniesione podczas pobytu są niedopuszczalne podobnie jak zachowanie personelu

Not value for money, better places in better locations
Pros:

Pool area was nice, and the staff were nice and tried to be helpful but were unable to provide assistance when requested.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned properly, cold showers, wifi cut out every 10 mins when i was in the room, amenities such as the jug were broken, Contruction site right outside of room was loud and there was no warning at time of boking.

Prima voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Appartement geboekt voor eerste nacht na late aankomst op Bali. Ruime appartementen, rustige ligging, goed ontbijt. En natuurlijk erg goede prijs.

Cons:

Afwerking appartement is hier een daar wat verouderd. Het jonge, vriendelijke personeel is soms meer met elkaar aan het praten dan oplettend op hun gasten.

Pros:

Grote suite, met 2 slaapkamers en badkamers. Ontbijt was basic maar prima.

Cons:

Op de website van hotel staat dat ze shuttle service hebben maar deze is er niet meer. Hotel ligt best afgelegen van winkels of restaurants.
