Perfektes Hotel für Städtereisen mit sehr guter Lage.
Pros:

Ich war etwas früher im Hotel und konnte trotzdem sofort einchecken - ohne Hinweis, ich sei zu früh oder zusätzliche Kosten für Early Check-In. Die junge Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war zweckdienlich eingerichtet und ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Kienzepark gelegen, hat man nur wenige Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte nur wenige vegane Alternativen. Es gab nur Kuhmilch. Es war auch während des Frühstücks nur wenige Male ein Ansprechperson zugegen, die man hätte fragen können.

Gut für einen Zwischenstopp auf einer Autoreise.
Pros:

Gut ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Auswahl und Qualität nur mittelmäßig. An jedem der drei Abende unseres Aufenthalt fiel negativ der unfreundliche und lustlose Service der Hausbar auf.

Top Lage und sehr gut zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Betten gut.

Cons:

Bad mit Glasschiebetür geht gar nicht; keine Isolierung und sehr klein. Wohl für Alleinreisende okay.

Dicht bij de snelweg op doorreis naar het Zuiden. Eindelijk een hotelkamer met een goede airconditioning.

Worst Hotel Experience I've Ever Had
Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The entire property felt dirty, poorly maintained, and disorganized. Cleanliness standards are clearly not a priority here.

The breakfast was miserable – very limited selection, low quality, and completely lacking in taste. It was far below what anyone would reasonably expect from a hotel.

The staff were even worse. The receptionists were rude, unhelpful, and highly unprofessional. Instead of treating guests with respect, they seemed annoyed whenever assistance was needed.

The most shocking part of our stay was when a card accidentally fell into the elevator shaft. Rather than handling the situation reasonably, the hotel charged us an outrageous €1,000 for stopping the elevator. This fee is completely disproportionate and feels more like an attempt to exploit guests than a legitimate charge.

Between the poor cleanliness, terrible breakfast, rude staff, and absurd charges, this hotel failed on every level. I would strongly advise anyone to stay elsewhere. There are far better hotels that actually value their guests and provide professional service. ⭐☆☆☆☆
