Lovely, comfortable hotel
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, comfortable but not pretentious, with a very lovely bar area. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was very well-appointed with very nice toiletries.

Nice relaxing clean place to stay with good atmosphere and helpful staff
Pros:

Nice comfortable, very clean quiet room as requested with tastefully designed bathroom and decor in room. The place had nice character. Both ladies we met on reception were friendly and helpful. We had a short but pleasant stay. No major complaints

Cons:

Lighting could be better in room. Could be my eyesight as wear glasses but one brighter light in room would be good for when reading.

Pros:

La posizione ottima e la qualità della colazione. La hall bellissima ed accogliente.

Cons:

Da migliorare la dotazione di ogni camera (spazzolino , ciabatte, dentifricio ) e magari aggiungere prese usb per evitare problemi con le prese Uk.

The staff, the ambience, location and breakfast.

Cons:

Room 216 which had a constant buzzing from 7 air con units and a huge duct outside. We had to move rooms. Bit disappointing wouldn't put me off, lovely hotel.

Would not stay again, smelly and uncomfortable

Staff were friendly. Location is great and close to all of Temple Bar!

Cons:

The hotel had a horrible smell in the hallways of the rooms and a strong deodorizer smell was trying to mask it. The bathroom smelled like sewage and I had to keep the door closed to make it bearable. Room had no air conditioning and no way to control the thermostat so it was incredibly hot. Had to keep a window open.
