Cons:

In need of serious renovation — and the elevator is a real problem
I expected better. The property is visibly run-down and badly in need of renovation. Loose cables hang out of the access point on the wall — the kind of sloppy detail that tells you maintenance isn't a priority here.
The worst part was the elevator, which got stuck twice during my stay. That's not a minor inconvenience — it's a safety issue, and frankly unacceptable for a hotel charging guests to stay overnight. Getting trapped in a lift is not something anyone should have to deal with on a trip.
The staff were fine, but no amount of friendly service makes up for a building that hasn't been properly maintained. I wouldn't return until management takes upkeep and guest safety seriously.

V zadnjih letih najslabša nastanitev v Hrvaški
Pros:

Zajtrk soliden. Super lokacija - bližina Arene in ob vpadnici v mesto.

Cons:

Pokvarjen lift, mi pa v 4. nadstropju.
Avto parkiran na dvorišču za hotelom, uporaba vrat na zadnji strani hotela pa prepovedana.
Osebje ne zna komunicirati glede prepovedi.
Površna obnova sob, stara kopalniška oprema, kabli visijo s stropa hodnika,..
Balkoni ne vzdrževani, obrasli s travo...
Hotel je nujno potreben prenove stavbe in managementa.

Pros:

Єдиний плюс, це більш-менш нормальний сніданок і розташування біля Загреб-арени. Решта - суцільний ЖАХ!!!

Cons:

це просто жах!!!! номер жахливий, пережиток 90х років. Рушник кольору асвальта, ванна в жахливому стані, воняє сирістю. Фену немає.
