Was ok for what we wanted, close to Arena.
Pros:

Close to Arena, room had aircon, friendly staff.

Cons:

Starting to look a bit run down. Breakfast was disappointing, could do with some more non-meat options, also some pastries would be good. Only one fruit drink was working, blackcurrant.

Älters Hotel aber sehr sauber. Lage ist super für Konzertbesuche in der Arena

Cons:

Wir sind im Aufzug stecken geblieben. Die Notruftaste hat nicht funktioniert und an der Rezeption hat sich auch keiner gemeldet.

Overall not a bad experience but with some alterations the experience could be elevated.

Easy access from main road

Cons:

No ramp at the front door. Luggage had to be lifted up the stairs.
Only one lift operational
Same breakfast options
Old furniture and old sanitaryware.
Broken showerhead holder.
Internal room doors not closing
Sunday the cleaning and towel changing was not done
On a couple of times, not enough towels were provided and we had to ask receptionist.
