Clean rooms with minimal amenities.
Pros:

Hotel is near shopping and plenty of things to do. Hotel room was clean.

Cons:

The rooms had a stove top and microwave, but no plates/pans/silverware/cups, so we were unable to use them. It seems strange that you would need to buy pans to use the kitchenette. Rooms didn't have a coffee maker, which isn't a big deal, but it seemed strange given there were kitchenettes. Hotel hallways could use some additional airflow, as there was a very strong food smell throughout the hotel.

Place was decent at best.
Pros:

No breakfast. Coffee from 6:00am to 9:00 am.

Stingy with the towels. Room was clean, but needs to be updated.

I would stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was fine.

Cons:

The begging and towels were stained. The floor was dirty and there were bugs on the sheets and in the bathroom. The bugs were not bedbugs but I believe they were drain flys. I don’t know why they would be on the sheets.

Simple. Effective. Basic. Functional. Nothing to write home about, but neither to complain about.
Pros:

Near the airport for early morning flight.
Location has access to good takeaway food.
Easy access to highways.

Cons:

More clean.
Better cover on windows to make room more dark.
