Die Erholung war trotzdem gut!
Pros:

Das Poolhaus und das Zimmer waren sehr schön!Das Bett viel zu weich und leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Außenpoolbereich zu wünschen übrig…
Ansonsten lieben wir das Hotel sehr!!!!!

Die Sauberkeit im Außenpoolbereich…überall Spinnen und Dreck in den Ecken!
Kaum Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung !
Leider gab es abends am Steg keine Beleuchtung und auch die Pavillons am Wasser waren sehr unsauber und wirklich lieblos mit Kissen ausgestattet!Die Hotelbar war leider nicht geöffnet!!!
Es wurde kein Omelett mehr angeboten,was an dem fehlenden Personal gelegen hat!!Sehr schade,wir waren schon öfter dort und einen anderen Standard gewohnt!

Für den hohen Preis viel zu wenig Leistung
Pros:

Der Standort ist super . Direkt am See mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Frühstück und Abendessen wieder im 90 er Look - aber die Küche war super

Cons:

1. Preis Leistung nicht gut … denn Stil der Einrichtung aus den 90 er,man fährt auf das Resortgelände und denkt erstmal, man ist falsch - Plattenbau umgebaut zum First Class Hotel , Die Zimmer waren groß - aber stylisch 90 er - keine Dusche - nur Badewanne , Bettwäsche wie bei meinen Elterrn, Zimmer nicht richtig geputzt - überall Schmuddelecken und viele Spinnen, Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon, Innenpool kaputt

Die Lage des Hotels war einzigartig

Cons:

Baustelle
Trotz Hochsaison, Bar über die Woche geschlossen.
Gestresstes Personal, verweist bei Beschwerden auf Hotelleitung
Spinnennetz, Spinnen und tote Fliegen überall.
Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr entspannt
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffett war wirklich toll! Riesige Auswahl, mega lecker, ganz vieles selbstgemacht (Aufstriche, Brot...). Ansonsten war das ganze Personal super nett. Die Lage am See ist sehr ruhig und enstpannt.

Cons:

Das einzige was schade ist (aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür), ist, dass es keine schönen Spazierwege gibt.

Eine tolle Erfahrung
Pros:

Prima Erholungsort unweit von Berlin. Der SPA Bereich ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück sehr gut und das Brot hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Außenanlagen brauchen dringend Unterstützung. Die Hängelampen im Frühstücksbereich hängen viel zu tief und Teil in den Gängen, das geht so gar nicht.

perfect location right on the lake, great swimming beach. good breakfast.

Cons:

the biggest problem was that we were promissed a room with lake view, but it was not the case. it had a balcony in the direction of the lake but the view was blocked by trees so we only saw the parking lot. the poolhause ehas no lake veiw (the lake house does)

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel am Oberuckersee - Zimmer im Poolhaus besonders zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist großartig. Umfangreiches und vielfältiges Angebot, frische Eierspeisen werden zubereitet. Man kann auch auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf See frühstücken. Das Zimmer im Poolhaus ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Oberuckersee - top Lage. Zum Abendessen im Restaurant des Hotels konnte man das Menu oder auch einzelne Speisen nehmen. Die Qualität des Essens sowie die Zubereitung rechtfertigen durchaus den hohen Preis. Der Spabereich - Saunen, Outdoorpool im Poolhaus war sehr gut gestaltet. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Bistro "Mahlwerk", das zwar nur vom Freitag bis Sonntag offen hat, aber leckere frische Speisen und Kuchen anbot.

Cons:

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Häusern. Da wir im modernen Poolhaus unser Zimmer hatten, mussten wir zum Haupthaus zum Essen und auch zur Nutzung des Spabereichs dort über den Hof laufen. Die Außenanlagen sind nicht wirklich ansprechend gestaltet.

Das Essen hat eine sehr hohe Qualität,insbesondere das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Für Erholung super geeignet.

Cons:

Die Hotelausstattung ist etwas veraltet und die Hotelanlage insbesondere der Gartenbereich könnte gepflegter sein.
