Pros:

I spazi comuni e la colazione

Cons:

Le stanze non sembrano di un albergo di 4 stelle. Finiture e arredi arrangiati alla meglio. Nota dolente il copri materasso sotto il lenzuolo in plastica (faceva sudare e faceva rumore ad ogni movimento). Altro punto negativo, la porta scorrevole che non si chiudeva ed era piena di polvere nella parte alta.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check in before the official check in time at no extra charge, which we really appreciated.

Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring Barcelona each day. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to so many of the city's main attractions, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

My sister and I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

einfach Toll
Pros:

Die Lage war Top, wir waren viel mit dem Uber oder Cabify unterwegs. Das Personal im Sercotel war sehr freundlich und zur jederzeit erreichbar. Das Frühstück fanden wir auch Toll, es lief alles vom Chek-in bis Check-out Problemlos. Die Betten wurden täglich gemacht und Tücher wurden auch täglich ausgewechselt.

Cons:

Man Hört vom Looby alles im Zimmer vor allem bei Stosszeiten. Jedoch ist es erträglich ich würde mich trotzdem wieder für Sercotel entscheiden.

La salle de bain est à rénover. Joins sales, mur sous l évier sale, bas de porte pourri, robinet abîmé ...l eau était payante et non pas gratuite comme indiqué dans booking

Mid level, decent, clean. Good location. Far from great facilities.
Pros:

Location, good parking, decent breakfast. We requested an iron and they brought it really fast. Quiet and calm.

Cons:

Old facilities, bathroom door was stuck, poor lightning in the room. Didn’t clean the room even though we did NOT use the Not disturb sign.

Cons:

We informed the staff that there is mold on the bathroom ceiling, that the body lotion provided in the room smells bad and is way long past its expiration date, and we also asked for a thicker blanket. Unfortunately, nothing has been done. I’m not sure whether it was due to a language barrier or a misunderstanding, but none of these issues have been addressed.
