Great hotel. We truly enjoyed our short stay. Thank you.
Pros:

We liked the location , very central, of the hotel and breakfast. Staff were also very nice and helpful. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

We asked for two rooms as close to one another as possible, we got them allocated on the same floor but not next to each other, which would be absolutely perfect. We managed though.

Barcelona jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, insbesondere mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer war sauber und von der Größe her absolut okay. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Sehr zentral für Besichtigungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ein Nachteil war allerdings die Helligkeit im Zimmer. Da die Fenster in den Innenhof gehen, ist es insgesamt recht dunkel. Zudem gibt es nur ein Fenster zum Öffnen, wodurch das Lüften etwas schwierig war. War bei unserem Zimmer halt so. Es ist fraglich ob das Hotel bei Buchungen über Booking die schlechteren Zimmer vergibt.

La habitación se oscurecía bien con la cortina.

Primer día, mucho calor . Avisan al técnico para arreglarlo
Segundo día , el baño con medio techo abierto , lleno de cables. Pero al menos ya si funciona el aire acondicionado
Falta de limpieza en los baños especialmente
Los sanitarios viejísimos .
Toallas, en fin ....Es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nos ha cobrado casi 75€ de cuota local, además de su precio..
No tengo claro si volveremos

Client depuis plus de 15 ans, je constate une nette dégradation de cet établissement.
Lors de mes deux derniers séjours : bonde de baignoire manquante, ascenseur en panne (1 sur 2 seulement en service), chambre vieillissante (mobilier usé, lampe tordue, câble apparent, chasse d’eau défectueuse).

Les bouteilles d’eau ne sont plus systématiquement offertes.

Seul point positif : le personnel du petit déjeuner, toujours professionnel et agréable.

La localisation reste un atout, mais un sérieux rafraîchissement est nécessaire.

Gros point noir au départ : impossible de sortir du parking malgré plusieurs appels à l’accueil… j’ai dû attendre qu’un autre client entre.

Décevant.

Great location for family of four.
Pros:

Situated perfectly close to the Sagrada Família, this hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly and offer a free luggage storage option if needed. Perfect for a family of four.

Cons:

The air in our room do not work and the sink leaked.

Pros:

The room was very spacious. and the pillows were comfortable. The room was also very clean.

Cons:

The room had two singles put together which was a strange layout. The bathroom too had a strange layout and because the glass door of the shower was too short, the water kept leaking out. Also I could hear the people in the other room, so sound proofing is a bit of an issue. In terms of amenities, it's not bad, though a coffee machine might be a nice touch. Also the second lift was out of service during my stay.
