La atención de la recepcionista muy déspota, y la habitación, los pasillos y el elevador super calientes. La habitación tuve que dejar casi 6 horas prendida la refrigeración para que finalmente se sintiera fresca.

Pésima atención al cliente

Desayuno básico, te saca del apuro, sencillo pero bueno, la atención de la señora de limpieza del área de desayuno muy buena.

No me gustó que cobraran una tarifa más extra por llevar mascota, a pesar de que lo contemplas desde el principio dentro del formulario, no hay una cuota como tal en la plataforma una vez que seleccionaste las personas y las mascotas, hacen un cargo de 500 pesos por mascota, más 1000 pesos de depósito los cuáles no te especifican, bajo que concepto te los pueden regresar o no, al hacer el checkout la persona de la recepción me envió a buscar a alguien del personal de limpieza para que esa persona fuera a revisar mi avitación, cero atención al cliente terminamos haciendo su trabajo y no fue nada cordial la persona condicionó la busqueda al regreso de mi depósito.
